Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Itapoã

Very cozy, new and modern apartment. A beautiful view and a quiet place, without noise and in a great location. It would easily accommodate 5 people, we were 2 adults and 2 children. The home check-in and the offer of bed, table and bath linens were the highlight and what we liked the most. Host always available, however, we don't need to contact them, thanks to the large amount of information provided at check-in. We hope to return other times and I hope you will have the pleasure of meeting them too.

We stayed 6 days and loved very much. We went with a 1-year-old boy and we enjoyed a lot of the pool and the toy library that are excellent. The location is also very good. I loved everything. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. The cleaning was spotless. The location is great. Dayane is super attentive, attentive to details and has always been available. I recommend it and when I return to Vila Velha I will stay in the same space.

Diego's apartment is excellent! It was worth EVERY penny. Apartment exactly as advertised, facing the beach. The kitchen is impeccable, all utensils in great condition for use. The balcony has a table and a hammock. In addition, the concierge is 24 hours, a fact that allowed flexibility in check in. My flight was delayed and this flexibility helped me a lot. Ahaaaa, I add the pool on the top floor: sensational and privileged view. I highly recommend Diego's apartment. Rent without fear of making a mistake.

The environment is well located, close to the beach, you can walk there easily. The space itself is great, everything is very tidy and tasteful. Excellent for those who want to enjoy a few days in the city! And Marcio is always available for questions and to assist the guest. I highly recommend it!

Cynthia was helpful at all times, recommended places to visit, made our check-in more flexible and we were able to negotiate the check-out to leave later. The house comfortably accommodated 7 people, it is possible to walk to the market and also to Itaparica beach. In addition, the tourist spots of Vila Velha, such as the lighthouse and the convent, are easily accessible by Uber. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for your stay, the bed linen and towels are good and the living room is very spacious. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Very well located apartment that met our needs very well, for a good cost-benefit. Clean bedding. The air conditioning room works well. In the living room, there was a good fan. Hostess very willing to help. I found the parking space to be quite suitable for my car (T-Cross), but very large cars may encounter difficulties, as the gate is not so wide. Overall, I thought it was great and would stay there again on a future trip.

Jorge was a very attentive host, even from a distance. He responded quickly to questions, helped us with any doubts that arose and was always very polite and courteous. The apartment is well structured, has everything you need for a quiet stay, the neighborhood is good and there are 2 laundries nearby that help a lot when you have very thick clothes that take longer to dry. I recommend everything.
