We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

An excellent apartment. The location provides a walk along the waterfront, as well as privileged access to the beaches. Another highlight is the proximity to commerce, which made it possible for us to do everything on foot. What delighted us the most was the beautiful view, the balcony is perfect for contemplating the sunrise and the evening, waking up and sleeping with the sound of the sea was an incredible experience. As for the facilities, they are quite satisfying, comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilets with good structure and a charming library. It is also worth highlighting the communication with the owner, which was quite quiet and has always been available to answer the questions.

The property was in excellent condition, with a very clean and organized environment, providing comfort and well-being throughout the stay. The location is one of the main highlights, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for families, especially for those with children. The surrounding area is calm and offers various leisure and service options, ensuring practicality. The apartment is extremely comfortable and has everything you need to have a great stay. The kitchen is fully equipped; the bathrooms were clean when we arrived; bedrooms with available linen, TV sets and air conditioning in perfect working order. The hall has a brewery and a pool table that make all the difference. The balcony view is another point that deserves to be highlighted, especially because of the possibility that you have to see the sun rising. In addition, in the condominium there is a beautiful swimming pool, well-equipped barbecue area, soccer court, a spa and sauna also ready to be used, in addition to a well-equipped gym. The location is also very good, in front of one of the best beaches in the region. Similarly, Marcelo was extremely polite and responded to all inquiries quickly and efficiently. I will certainly return at other times.

We stayed 5 days, it was very quiet. Bairro Seguro , has a front bakery, the beach can be reached on foot. The building has a great structure, the apartment is comfortable. Everything ok.

Amazing stay. checked in with my significant other and one of my really good friends. the place was super clean and had everything we needed. the view from the balcony was more than perfect and the air conditioner came in handy on those hot days. the only thing I think I can say was bad is the water temperature wasn't the hottest but from what I have learned that is in many places out there.

The stay was wonderful. The host returns quickly and always helpful. The building is of great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and quick access by car to Vila Velha, historic center of Vitória, waterway, tamar project and humpback whale, beaches, as well as other important sites in the region. The concierge service is very good and the gym of the building is very complete, good for those who do not want to stop doing their routine physical activity (the region also offers a possibility for cyclists). The apartment is amazing: well organized and decorated, accommodates 4 people in a comfortable way, full kitchen, laundry room, has two bathrooms, spacious room overlooking the third bridge. Bed linen and towels are available. Rooms and living rooms have air conditioning, to be used sparingly or at will if prior agreement with the host. Coming back for a new stay for sure! I would like to thank Ramon and his family for everything from the moment we closed the season in the house to the moment we left!!! He welcomed us with a cheerful welcome with great care and attention!! It has everything you say in the discretion of the house is close too,supermarket, beach pizzeria for the family. He put us at ease,every time we needed them he answered us on the spot… I super recommend the house and we plan to come back soon !!!! My family and I had a great stay at Gloria's apartment. It had the necessary amenities and I found the space more spacious in person than in the photos. The location is great, the building faces the sea. My daughter worked from home a few days and the Internet worked perfectly. Gloria was helpful and tried to meet our needs.

Amazing place, prime location, 10 minutes from Vila Velha mall, Perim market (8 minutes walk), super dear hosts, the super attentive Christina all the time asking if everything was okay, if we needed anything. We loved the city, a place we would definitely live in. The balcony, which I had doubts, today is all closed with glass windows, a wonder, super sea view. It will certainly be our first choice on a new visit.
