Our house is located in Jauá, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Bahian coast, on the Côco Road. It is in a gated, quiet and exclusive condominium, with few houses and 24-hour concierge, ensuring security and privacy, ideal for families. The great highlight is the direct access to the beach (on the sand), an extensive strip of sand surrounded by coconut trees — excellent for walks and moments of rest.

There are three bedrooms. One with two single beds, on the bottom. Bathroom downstairs. Two en-suites with sea views upstairs. In Praça do Papagaio, there are three markets. The sea has no waves. Perfect for children.
