The stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air conditioning in all rooms. In other words: all equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words: the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

We spent 10 wonderful days. Nothing to complain about. Everything perfect. Familia Grande with everyone coming out satisfied. The house has an excellent structure. Super comfortable. The house has exceeded all expectations — it is even more beautiful than in the pictures! I booked for a group of 15 people to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was simply impeccable from start to finish. I hired the transfer with Fabio, indicated by Carlos, and could not have made a better choice. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful. When we arrived, we were impressed. The house is incredibly well located, impeccably clean, organized and equipped with everything we needed — everything of the highest quality. We also chose to hire the staff to accompany us during the stay, and I can say that it was the best investment of the trip. All were exceptional: attentive, friendly, discreet and always ready to help. And the food… there aren't enough words to describe! Each dish, snack and candy surpassed the previous one — the menu was a true gastronomic spectacle. I recommend the experience 1000%!

The house is beautiful, elegantly decorated and very well equipped. Very comfortable and cozy. The indicated employees were efficient and the food made by Regina delicious. The beach is almost private and very beautiful. The house is very close to the beach, just a short walk through the beautiful condo. Super recommend staying in this magazine house!

The house is just wonderful! Extremely comfortable, with great beds and a super complete structure — nothing was missing. Even with the rain during the weekend, we enjoyed it a lot, precisely because the atmosphere of the house is so welcoming that it transformed everything into a special moment. We love the details, such as the variety of drinking glasses, the well-organized utensils and the available sound box, which made all the difference in the atmosphere.

The house is great , big , new, it fits many people , it has everything we need in everyday life . The checkin was flexible, the cleaning was great, the place is not close to the beach to walk . When we arrived the Wifi was not working, but soon they got it done and fixed it. We arrived on a farm and only came to clean the pool on Saturday . Other than that , everything went well, everything in the listing had in the house and is even more beautiful than the photos .

It was the best days we spent, I wanted to thank Manuelita because there are few people who use transparency and honesty in the announcements, in this case the structure surprised everyone, very centralized house near the Beach, it had everything, clean bathrooms, well-ventilated rooms, clean swimming pool every day, beautiful garden with plenty of birds, very well assembled kitchen with all utensils, as a suggestion my wife only missed the (Air Fryer), In the end I recommend everyone and for sure as soon as possible we will return soon.

The class was 13 people in total, we were all very well accommodated. Cleaning and arranging the house was impeccable. Foot in the sand literally! The sea of Flamengo beach is a bit agitated for bathing, but it didn't stop us from having a lot of fun. Incredible experience from the first contact with Marcelo. Always proactive, attentive, and available to answer questions. The house is simply beautiful and organized, complete and very cozy. A place with wonderful energy, I couldn't have chosen a better place to spend my birthday. The place itself, even with rainy weather (for two of the three days we stayed), made it possible to make good use of its spaces as a whole. Anyway, it's a place you go and know you'll come back, because it really recharges your batteries and for me it brought me an extra special air. Still a beautiful moon to close the last night. Beautiful space, just like the listing! Large, comfortable, very well-equipped house. Very beautiful and pleasant outdoor area. We really enjoyed the pool and barbecue area. The kids had a great time too. Condominium with private exit on a beach with great swimming, warm water and beach support service. The house also has chairs, umbrellas and coolers, of excellent quality and size, which made us even more comfortable on the beach, especially with children. The condominium has a large leisure area with courts for various sports, a swimming pool, bar and many other amenities for a lot of fun. The differential of the space is the host, Mrs. Dolores, very kind and proactive, made me feel right at home, gave very good tips, answered everything I needed and even gave us gifts. A superhost! Great place for big groups, families, especially with kids. Thanks Mrs. Dolores and Casa Luna!

The accommodation at Luiz's house was excellent, the house is great, spacious, very pleasant. The location for those who want rest is very good!! But the golden tip is the presence of Leu, a good handy cook, great person who makes the house even more pleasant with his food and his presence.

We had a wonderful stay at Cleraldo's house. The condo village was very secure and lovely including amenities. The house was a 7 minute walk down a private path to a private entrance at the beach (and there were beach chairs at the house!). The house itself is beautifully appointed. We gathered for a family reunion and it was perfect for several families of all generations (including two queen beds downstairs for the older folks). We truly enjoyed eating together on the patio and everyone enjoyed playing in the pool. And, while we rarely wanted to leave the house, we did ride into town on the bikes (about a 10 min ride). Overall, it was perfect. Thank you! A special thank you to Dani who kept keep the place in order each day. She was wonderful!
