Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Maranduba - Ubatuba

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated pools to a playroom for the kids. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we will definitely return!!!

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it.

Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. My family and I spent 4 days in the house, we love everything, Márcia is very capricious, all very clean and organized. In the house has all the utensils. We were unable to check in at the agreed time, Márcia was super understanding, even worried and helped us get to the house always contacting us. We will definitely return. Thank you for being careful! Note. To go to the beach, we had to use the car, as we were with a child and was a little away, by car we took 10 minutes.

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We really like the cottage, it's beautiful. It's complete, the hostess is very attentive, the view from the chalet to the pool is beautiful. My family and I love staying at the cottage, it was really worth it, the price is very good.🙏🏽🙌🏽🥰😍🌅

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We are definitely thinking of returning on our next visit to Ubatuba.
