O chalé possui um quintal privativo, que conta com churrasqueira. Distância de 900 metros da praia, aproximadamente 11 minutos à pé. O chalé conta com internet fibra.

We do not accept loud noise, disorder or animals. In the village, there is a child, a cat and a gentle dog. Access via a dirt road, no garage, the street is very quiet to leave the car. Not suitable for children, people with mobility issues, has stairs, and balcony without protection, for the view.

Our property is located within a small condominium composed of 6 chalets and a shared swimming pool. It is located approximately 600 meters from the beach, and is surrounded by green areas, on a very quiet cul-de-sac.
