Beachfront holiday rentals in Praia de Pajuçara

Location: EXCELLENT location, close to restaurants (some under the building; ground floor) and close to the “instagrammable” points of the Ponta Verde waterfront. Property: corresponds to the photos, has appliances in addition to iron, hair dryer, smart TV, Wi-Fi. Building: 24-hour concierge, has an excellent leisure area (swimming pool, lounge) on the 12th floor. Note: there is a construction site in front of the apartment, but nothing that disturbs the rest.

Very well located apartment! Biometric registration was a little cumbersome, but once we did it there were no problems anymore. We were very comfortable. The only thing we couldn't enjoy was the pool; it was under maintenance that weekend. Jeferson was very accommodating!

The location is sensational, in the heart of the Jatiúca neighborhood, where the best restaurants in the city are located. It is possible to walk along the waterfront to Ponta Verde, a very beautiful walk! The apartment is super new, good bed, strong shower, I recommend it!

We love your stay! Easy to find, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark room for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drink! Several kiosks on the avenue too! Eduardo also recommended us to very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there! They even had two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

Really thank the host and her brother André, they were very helpful. The apartment is sensational, close to the fairs, restaurant, market, pharmacy, beachfront, all on foot, we went out at night on foot, a very safe place. Special thanks also to the concierges Fernandes and Cleidi, they are very attentive and kind. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Maceió.

Accommodation 10/10 Starting from the property itself, it is perfect, compact, but enough for two people, full kitchen, air conditioning cooling horrors, in short, everything ok. The building is very good, quiet, entrance and exit happens by facial recognition, which is great, as it speeds up at the entrances and exits of the same, good leisure area, everything ok. The location of the property is excellent, although it is not on the sea front, it is very close, also close to a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery ( there is a bakery underneath the building that serves breakfast and dinner in the kilo). The beach is simply perfect, calm, clean sea and the waterfront is a spectacle apart, great for strolling in admiring the scenery. Many options for food, you think from the simplest to the most sophisticated, muiiiitas options. Anyway, I have only compliments for hosting and its location.

Our stay was excellent, we were well received from the first day, the location is great, in Ponta Verde with everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and it is a few minutes from the waterfront, where you can enjoy the attractions a lot, Márcio was excellent, communicative, welcoming, gave us all the necessary support during the days we stayed, his space is very new, well maintained, exactly as advertised, and the building is new and modern, working 24 hours with reception and concierge, and a very pleasant penthouse, we will definitely come back again, I highly recommend it, we can only thank you!!!

We stayed for a week. The apartment is simple but practical. Very clean apartment, towels and bedding. As our goal was to make the tours to the beaches, we spent little time. The apartment is great for two people, with basic utensils that help in the preparation of simple meals. It has a good shower, with strong and hot water. Very good soaps are available. Great air-conditioning, as it is warm all the time it is essential and freezing well. Great wardrobe, fridge and washing machine. Mr. Xenno since my hosting research has shown readiness and respect. And with some details that are in the photo made the apartment more inviting and cozy. I will definitely indicate and I will return. The town is very good, close to it.

Clean, well equipped and very ventilated apartment! In the back street there is a large supermarket and the building is close to pharmacies, craft fairs and great restaurants. Excellent hosts, attentive and agile. It just couldn't take advantage of the pool, as it is partially covered by the concrete structure of the building, so the water was cold. It was worth it!

The stay was great. The apartment is facing the edge of Pajuçara, with a beautiful view. High quality utensils, furniture and equipment. It is important to note the lack of lockers and/or places to store clothes. The overall rating is 9.5, reaching 10 when this item is resolved.

Apartment meets basic needs, beautiful sea view, everything tidy and clean, ventilated, good size, old building, the third bedroom is very small. Always available and cordial host. I suggested that she put a TV in the bedroom of the suite, a curtain in the living room due to the window, and that she have a sandwich maker and plastic containers. The rest served well!

Rosângela was very helpful, it relaxed both the entrance and the exit, a very well located place, I recommend, the porters also very helpful, the parking lot is half tight, but other than that all great

Tati's apartment is better than in the photos . The view is INCREDIBLE and the location tbm. On the edge of Pajucara Beach, the waterfront is great for sightseeing and physical activity! We love it!
