Quiet place,safe and family atmosphere. Excellent location to get to know Maceió Centro and the beaches of the South Coast,about 20 min.... Place we will recommend to friends and family. obs:We are grateful for the flexibility of check in and check out.

The house is wonderful, even more beautiful than in the photos. It is in a gated condominium, super quiet. It was an amazing stay for our family.

Accommodation with excellent location, with easy access to the main tourist spots of Maceió. The surroundings have the main services: laundries, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, etc. There are two beach chairs and a cooler in the accommodation, which demonstrates the attention to detail. Finally, a comfortable place to stay in Maceió.

Wonderful , large and very safe apartment. 4 mins walk to the beach and restaurants and cafe downstairs. Security is very friendly and host is very helpful. I liked it so much that I extended my stay for one more week . Hot water has great pressure and AC works very well.

They can book without fear! The apartment is impeccable, all brand new, bedding and extremely clean fit. The location is excellent, close to the beach, markets, butcher's, coffee shops, restaurants. There is parking space, which is gold in Maceió rsrs, then you can do everything on foot. Tatiana is very helpful, responds quickly and leaves a WONDERFUL welcome cake. For those who wish to spend season, it is perfect. It even has a washer and water filter, a super economy on the trip! I'll be back more often for sure!

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

the apartment is impeccable, clean and organized. The building has all the amenities, gym, leisure area, swimming pool and incredible views. Great location, close to the beach (6 min walking), supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, gym, and services, as well as feeling very safe walking around the neighborhood. Finally, Paolo is an excellent Host, very proactive, friendly and concerned about our stay. It secured everything we needed and responded very quickly! I will return for sure!

Very good building! brand new, great facilities, highlighting the roof with the pool and view of the Orla de Pajuçara. Very nice apartment in terms of cleaning, size. The only point that I didn't really like was the bed. I found it a bit harsh and uncomfortable.

excellent apartment! sea view, super ventilated and with garage available for car. all accessories ok, impeccable cleanliness and great feeling of tranquility. in addition, from the side of the kitchen you can see one of the largest malls in the city. Guilherme was also quick with the returns and flexible with the check-in, making the itinerary I had set up much easier

We stayed a week and the stay was very good. The location is perfect, we hardly need the car. The view is wonderful. The house met our needs well. When we need the host has answered us quickly. There are some points that I believe can further improve the stay, such as a larger TV and more kitchen utensils, there were few pots, but it is nothing that hinders the stay. Overall I indicate.

We were staying with my husband. We liked everything. The apartment was very comfortable. The very useful laundry. Everything you need for cooking. The spectacular view. The receptionists in the entrance are very nice. It is in the front of the beach, its a very nice area. I would return. Super recommended.

Karinas place is not only exactly as in the pictures, beautifully remodeled duplex with plenty of space for the 5 of us (3 adults, 2 children), its also super well located, everything like pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and Maceio's gorgeous ocean promenade is in a 10 minute walk radius. We came in at almost midnight and had no problem thanks to the friendly concierge who was already expecting us. The parking spot inside the property requires a little maneuvering for bigger cars (we drive a Jeep Commander for reference) but is manageable. Overall fantastic 5 Star experience, highly recommended.
