The location is simply perfect: the beach with private access is a true paradise, clean and quiet, ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy nature. The house is charming, with a beautiful and welcoming design, conveying a lot of comfort in every detail. Besides, it was impeccably clean, which makes the experience even more enjoyable and organized. Finally, a huge highlight for the owner, who was extremely flexible, polite and always available to help. Your hospitality and guest care show a true commitment to everyone's well-being. The experience of the stay was extremely satisfying, we live happy days and rest in the house. The space is exactly the same as the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to take children off screens. The pool is another strong point, always with a pleasant temperature and at night the water is even more warm, appearing to be heated. The host, Karyna, was always on standby for whatever need arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us much, because although it was a beautiful place, because it was close to the river, the water was a bit cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact to the time of check-out. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

The site is beautiful, well decorated and with a high quality finish. Extremely comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The building has all the items and amenities described in the listing, working perfectly. The experience was excellent and undoubtedly I would stay here again.

We have been in the house for 2 weeks and we love being staying there super quiet and very cozy. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all the kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son would wake up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the boy who takes care of the house extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it was his! every moment we need the help he always answered and was in the house in less than an hour! In the end we love being in this house and we will definitely visit more often! Thank you dona Cristina and the Kaká people very dear and humble.

The super clean apartment, the condominium has a very good leisure area, by the sea. Well-equiped apartment.

Casa with good location, close to the beach and a little further from the center (still to go on easy walking), great for those looking for quiet, home with 4/4 air-conditioned, clean and with reasonable space. Also air-conditioned room, good leisure area with pool and barbecue area (which needs a roof, because it is in the sun, but served the purpose well), garage was 4 cars without disturbing the circulation, large kitchen and equipped with all necessary utensils. I will definitely refer you and come back again!

It was my first trip to another state alone and I have nothing to say about this place!! It was the best choice, best reception, the place is amazing and safe!!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect: the neat decoration, the impeccable cleanliness, the superb swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach (which is also accessible in a few minutes on foot!) and the magnificent garden. A real little piece of heaven. A big thank you to our hosts, Daniella and Pierre-Yves, who were incredibly kind and available throughout our stay. We recommend this property without a second thought and will be happy to come back!

Very well-equipped house, I have traveled the world with Airbnb and this was the most complete house I have ever used, with everything we needed, Marceneiro beach is not very good because it has many stones but we went by car to a nearby beach and enjoyed it.

The accommodation was excellent, we had two children and we felt at home. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, it was clean, organized, decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in front of Pajuçara beach, with easy access to restaurants, markets, craft fairs and tourist spots. The host was attentive, helpful, responded quickly and left clear instructions. We will definitely go back and recommend too much.

We really liked the property and it suited us perfectly (both for the location, parking and interior space). The children's items were very useful (the toys mainly) and the accessory items too (cooler for example).

We really like the apartment. It is spacious, faces the beach and has a beautiful view of the sea. Unfortunately, we got a lot of rain, so the tide was full, which prevented us from walking on the sand. Alexandre was very kind, solicitous and attentive, always answering our questions. I recommend going by car, as there is not much choice to eat nearby, and there is also no market, pharmacy, bakery, etc.

The arrival at Geisa's home is already amazing! Coqueiros will greet you along the way. The place is amazing, with distinctive architecture, simple decoration, but with very good taste. A great garden...Anyway... Very cozy! From the house to the beach are about 3 minutes walking in the middle of nature. Pablo, Geisa's son, lives on the land and was super kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

It was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend it and I want to go back! The host was very polite and attentive, the doorman greeted us with great attention and accompanied us, the apartment is amazing, the view is wonderful! We got a little rain these days, but it was great because we rested and the house is very cozy! We had a great time and we will definitely be back! My mom and niece loved it too!
