Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Peracanga

Rosângela is an excellent host. Mora on the bottom, but it's not intrusive. Super requests. Extremely clean. Flexible check in and check out. I only have positive points of the stay.

Great location, flexible check-in, the apartment was impeccable, bedding, towels, equipped kitchen. Our stay was super nice!! The hostess, Liliane, answered all questions quickly and clearly.

We already knew the Peracanga region but first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, with many utensils, dish cloths, and is located in the best region, right in front of the entrance to the kiosks in addition to having a very good pool and BBQ area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay; from the doorman team - all very attentive and efficient - to the arrival at the apartment, where we were very impressed by the general order and cleanliness, as well as the organization of the furniture and utensils. The location is excellent; having gone in our own vehicle, it was always safe due to the available parking space in the garage and we were able to easily get to the beaches near Guarapari that attract us - Bacutia, Setiba, Morro and Meaipe. For nearby tours, being in the central area, there are several attractions besides going to the kiosks of Castanheiras beach in the late afternoon - a ten out of ten in convenience. We used the pool on the roof of the condominium, which was always extremely clean and provided us, in addition to the alternative to sea bathing, a beautiful view of the sea. We liked it so much that we will certainly return. We suggest that an additional comfortable chair be made available for the TV room.

Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

The apartment is spacious, well-ventilated, cool, well-lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It is very close to two beaches, so we sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left something to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach the rooms well. Oh, and I missed a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth visiting!!

All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
