Beachfront holiday rentals in Praia de Peracanga

The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality bedding. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small and fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility problems. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't get in the way at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

Apartment with great location. Bons restaurants nearby. Very good for those who have difficulty getting around because of the proximity in the center of Guarapari. The photos correspond to the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building being possible to watch even the balcony. The chestnut beaches, boyfriends, virtues and black sand very close in a radius of 1 km. It was very worth it. I highly recommend!!! We will return soon. Luciano was an excellent Host. Very kind and helpful!!!

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

The apartment delivered what it promised, from the items it reported to make available to the beautiful view of the beach of the virtues. Great experience.

One of the best stays I've ever had for sure, beautiful apartment all new, wonderful view. Great TV with firestick to watch whatever you want, great beds, large and spacious kitchen, great laundry, brand new washing machine, lots of bathrooms, wonderful shower, hotel bath! Large refrigerator and freezing well, ice in the door. And on top of all that, Leonardo is a great host, always responding quickly and very attentively! We loved the experience in Guarapari and this place made everything perfect! Thank you, we will definitely be back, I highly recommend it!!!

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

The ad describes exactly the apt , tasteful, beautiful view, very well located, organized building, every variety of nearby commerce, after arrival I only saw the car when it came because I did everything with a nice little walk. I will certainly be back.

We had a problem right from the start to enter the AP because the door wouldn't open, but what would have been a negative point Bruno turned into a positive one with his proactivity, speed in solving and willingness to resolve and accommodate us as quickly as possible. We stayed in a wonderful space that exceeded our needs.

First of all, I would like to thank Angélica who attended us in a moment of extreme urgency. At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.

I loved it! Excellent apartment located in a very quiet neighborhood, very quiet, great for resting. It is very close to Praia dos Padres, you can go on foot, a beautiful place. On the other side, Meaípe beach, also beautiful and with good restaurants and shops. We spent great days here. Vinicio passed on all the information and was very attentive to us. Célia welcomed us very well and was also very attentive. We intend to return for the next holidays.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

My family and I had incredible and unforgettable days, Rafael and Erica's apartment is charming, beautiful, everything in extremely good taste, we felt like we were in a hotel. Rafael responds promptly and clarifies all doubts, description and photos of the place made accurately, employees and residents of the building super polite and attentive, it is our second time in this spectacular place and we will certainly return if God wills. The view from the room is a show in itself, spectacular, a gift from God, if I may give you a tip/advice: take at least 1 day to contemplate the sunrise, surreal and beautiful.
