Charles' apartment is great, well equipped and very comfortable. Local was well tidy, cleaned with all bedding and organized towels. The village met expectations and we will be back for sure. Condomínio is very good and safe. Charles was very requested, sent information about the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy and Fábio (checked in and out) also very attentive. I recommend.

Great view of the house, very close to a super busy beach on the weekend. Everything was perfect. Fábia was very kind and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The affection we were greeted with a treat in the house also pleased us very much. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay was wonderful, clean apartment, well organized, good beds, well-equipped apartment. The ocean view is breathtaking. In a few steps, you are already on the beach, which is very quiet. Our kids enjoyed it a lot. restaurant, bakery, ice cream parlor, supermarkets, everything is close, you can do everything on foot, without having to take the car out of the garage. I want to congratulate Eliane, who welcomed us very well, and was available all the time. Thank you and see you soon!

The apartment is wonderful! Very organized, clean, beautiful and cozy, exceeding our expectations. The structure of the condominium is excellent, with swimming pools facing the sea, a heated pool, jacuzzis, gym, sauna, sand court and even a direct exit to the beach, which is a great differential. The condominium's environment is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and everyone (residents and employees) is very kind and polite. The hosts were amazing, always attentive and ready to answer any questions with great cordiality. The site is ideal for families and for those looking for a rest in a calm and beautiful place. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

The days in Bianca's apartment were great! She was super flexible when we arrived a little later and even received our ifood while waiting for us... lol... the apartment is cute, spacious, clean and very nice. The most convenient thing for us was the very practical location for visiting the neighboring cities: Pomerode, Balneário Camboriú, Blumenau, Brusque. We will recommend it to friends, for sure! Comfortable, large, air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, quiet to sleep and a few steps from the beach. There is not much wind circulation, even though it has strong on the street, in the apartment it does not circulate much. The washer is not dryer, but works very well, the building has a community dryer. Adryana has provided chairs, sunscreen, super quick support for what we need, she and her husband are super professionals. It was well equipped, clean, good bath and good beds. Critical point of the condominium, the grill hood is on only 1 hour, then hangs up and we have to request at the concierge. Meanwhile, smoke in the house. Other than that, everything ok.

The house is very good, bed linen was fragrant, everything was very clean and organized. Iolanda welcomed us very well, she was very proactive and Lolla is a sweetheart!!!

The accommodation is excellent for family and friends, with comfortable rooms and private bathroom. The house offers several utensils and has plenty of space for everyone to be at ease, providing a feeling of being at home.

Gilvania is a super receptive amphitian, the house was impeccable we were 8 people, it has everything close and very close to Beto Carrero, the house was clean, cherosa bedding, utensils available all impeccable. We'll be back for sure!

The house is pure charm, very praiana, as we expected. Very clean, great beds. There are more things than was advertised. Lu is very receptive, very friendly and has always served us very well. It is close to the beach and the house has a stroller with chairs, which makes it easier to move, even with children. We were greeted with a lovely arrangement of delicious fruit, a fondness of the hostess. We had a very good time and we will definitely come back, God willing 🙏

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

Quiet accommodation, all very clean and organized,has several leisure options in the building such as swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive made us at ease, they gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants I will finally be sure to refer to my friends and I will come back more often, we do not enjoy the leisure that the building offered because we got out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... in short we simply love

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!
