Just a few issues with security being rude which the host was quick to clear up I didn’t experience again

This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and great host

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is a must-see. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)

The apartment has a beautiful view, exactly as shown in the photos and in the description of the listing. It is a very functional and well located space, with bars and restaurants nearby. It faces the beach and has easy access to supermarkets, bakeries and hortifrutis. Hosts are extremely attentive, respond quickly, and are always available to answer questions. I hope to be able to return soon.

Starting with the location, which is sensational. Foot in total sand. The condominium is well organized and clean. Safe and quiet place. The host is very nice and polite. The apartment is very good with everything you need. The accommodation is perfect for 5 people. It's interesting to have two parking spaces. I felt at home. It is very likely that I will return for a longer stay

The location is perfect for all things in Ipanema. If you are taking classes at Caminhos language school it is very convenient. The accommodations are as described. The doormen are all very friendly and helpful. I will return!

The apartment has a great view, I really liked the room and the accommodations, clean sheets and bathroom too. Very well located and safe, and also easy to access to take an Uber or if you order delivery. I recommend it and we will definitely come back next time.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

The condominium is wonderful and the apartment has absolutely everything that is needed, from bedding to kitchen utensils. I'll be back for sure.

We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all the utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bed linen, hygiene items in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't seem like an airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the ad. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay in the city for another day and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. What a fabulous place with an incredible view! It was everything we hoped for and made our stay in Brazil a wonderful experience!

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with concierge, swimming pool, gym and well organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches ( we use uber) . There is public transport and locomotion options that make it easy to reach different points of interest, plus a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, electric grill and all the implements for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. A detail that I valued a lot is that the building has an option to recycle, which makes it easy to separate the waste from the same apartment. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to go back to Rio, especially to this less saturated area than the classics like Copacabana.
