Apartment in excellent condition, very modern and equipped. The cleanliness of the place is also excellent. The photos are exactly as shown. The resort's beach is 350 meters from the apartment, very good! Attentive host and with quick answers. Suggestion for those who are renting and like to take snacks and drinks to the beach is to take (or buy) a cooler and plastic containers, as the apartment does not have them.

Wi-Fi network and free access to Prime Video. The pool on the condominium's terrace is very beautiful and has a good view. Opportunity: Small, thin towels. And the place has a lot of mosquitoes, it is worth a plug-in repellent in the room. The location is easily accessible to the beaches by car. There is a beach nearby, which you can walk to (Cupe). Access to the building is still under construction, so the streets are full of potholes.

My experience at Morada Sapoti e Juá was simply exceptional! The apartment is modern, extremely comfortable and decorated with impeccable care in every detail — you can see the affection and attention of hosts in each environment. Everything is new and very well maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I did not find any negative points, only reasons to praise and recommend to everyone looking for a differentiated experience in Carneiros. Sure, I'll be back!

Simply the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. For Christmas and new year as a family, the home served wonderfully well: spacious, comfortable, clean and everything worked beautifully. Outside the location that is EXTREMELY safe and perfect for relaxing and super close to downtown by car. We were simply very welcomed and guided all the time. From the beginning, the host was super understanding and wonderful in allowing the change of the date of the stay — something that made all the difference to me. One of the best I've ever received, Mrs. Izabel was a sweetheart, always helpful, kind and willing to help with whatever was needed. I highlight the comfort of the beds, the 3 excellent air conditioning equipment, as well as the beautiful and modern kitchens and refrigerators. Super available security personnel. They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. The space is amazing and comfortable, the view of the sea is beyond words, we felt the coziness of home, it is undoubtedly a little piece of paradise here on earth hahahaha. The condominium is super quiet and the staff are polite, the restaurant inside the residential, although outsourced, is a good option for those who want even more convenience, it serves well with the options that work. There is a mini market inside the residential complex as well, which helps/facilitates even more, for small "emergencies". Although I already know the beach, I can say that it is a great and quiet location for swimming (in addition to being beautiful). The access to the residential area is all paved and most of the road is illuminated. The host Henrique was the difference when choosing our rental, super polite, responds quickly to messages, answers questions, proactive, gives us security. I highly recommend it and I'm already counting the days to return ☺️

Our stay at Patrícia's (Host) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children as well as being on the sand. Also offers chairs, sun umbrella and table. Making everything more comfortable and enjoyable. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. It has fixed tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.

We love your stay! Attentive and helpful George! The condominium has a great swimming pool, adding value to the experience. I would only add the amount of clothes suspended in the service area, for 2 couples there is little what they already have. E would put another 1 sheet in each room to cover up!
