Apartment in excellent condition, very modern and equipped. The cleanliness of the place is also excellent. The photos are exactly as shown. The resort's beach is 350 meters from the apartment, very good! Attentive host and with quick answers. Suggestion for those who are renting and like to take snacks and drinks to the beach is to take (or buy) a cooler and plastic containers, as the apartment does not have them.

Accommodation similar to the photos in the listing. Host cordiality and willingness to make the place available quickly. Well-equipped place with household utensils. Wi-Fi network and free access to Prime Video. The pool on the condominium's terrace is very beautiful and has a good view. Opportunity: Small, thin towels. And the place has a lot of mosquitoes, it is worth a plug-in repellent in the room. The location is easily accessible to the beaches by car. There is a beach nearby, which you can walk to (Cupe). Access to the building is still under construction, so the streets are full of potholes.

Simply impeccable! Our stay at Vanessa's flat, at Villa Margot, was perfect from start to finish. Every detail was thought out with great care and attention — the environment is super organized, extremely clean, cozy and full of welcome! The courtesies she left were a treat in themselves, which made all the difference in our experience. We went with our baby and the space perfectly met our needs, and Vanessa provides a portable crib at no cost. It is quiet, well-structured, comfortable and safe — ideal for those who want to travel with small children. We miss absolutely nothing! Everything we needed (and a little more!) was available, making our routine during the stay much easier. It is the type of accommodation that makes you feel at home, with the comfort of a 5-star hotel. Vanessa was attentive and careful, and this is reflected in every corner of the apartment. Without a doubt, an experience we want to repeat. We recommend with eyes closed!

Very good stay! The house is spacious, well-equipped (it could have more support in the lower kitchen, but the top one is great, the only drawback is staying upstairs to use the kitchen from above, but the view is wonderful). Good location facing the sea, with calm water. Also, the pool of the house was always clean, with the swimming pool going every day of our stay and water was warm. Host Elias Patrick was extremely attentive, kind and resolute. We answered all our requests promptly during the stay. It is a great home to enjoy with children, family and friends. We will definitely return in the future!

I highly recommend it ! Everything in that house is beautiful , from the attention of leide that received us and explained everything very lovingly , to gerald that every night was approaching the maintenance of the pool and in what little we understood was always very warm and friendly. It is very close to the beaches for walking. And by car 30 min from maragogi, we were so delighted that sometimes we didn't feel like going to do beaches ! Also there is no need to clarify that the house is a luxury ! From cleanliness to infrastructure and good taste for decoration.

From the beginning, the host was super understanding and wonderful in allowing the change of the date of the stay — something that made all the difference to me. One of the best I've ever received, Mrs. Izabel was a sweetheart, always helpful, kind and willing to help with whatever was needed. Apartment well located. Excellent and good taste in decoration by its owner Ricardo. It is a comfortable, new and quiet apartment. I highlight the comfort of the beds, the 3 excellent air conditioning equipment, as well as the beautiful and modern kitchens and refrigerators. Super available security personnel. They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. The space is amazing and comfortable, the view of the sea is beyond words, we felt the coziness of home, it is undoubtedly a little piece of paradise here on earth hahahaha. The condominium is super quiet and the staff are polite, the restaurant inside the residential, although outsourced, is a good option for those who want even more convenience, it serves well with the options that work. There is a mini market inside the residential complex as well, which helps/facilitates even more, for small "emergencies". Although I already know the beach, I can say that it is a great and quiet location for swimming (in addition to being beautiful). The access to the residential area is all paved and most of the road is illuminated. The host Henrique was the difference when choosing our rental, super polite, responds quickly to messages, answers questions, proactive, gives us security. I highly recommend it and I'm already counting the days to return ☺️

Well-distributed and organized Apart hotel. Everything works very well. And the main: The air conditioning snows in the heat of Tamandaré!!! Owner responds quickly and provides all support for the stay.

We love your stay! Attentive and helpful George! The condominium has a great swimming pool, adding value to the experience. I would only add the amount of clothes suspended in the service area, for 2 couples there is little what they already have. E would put another 1 sheet in each room to cover up!
