Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

You will have an exclusive beach for your entire stay. That's what enjoying the beach is all about. It's just 20 steps to the sand! Here you can really enjoy the beach and not face traffic or crowds. Look for us on the ubatubacasatemporada networks (all together). Ideal for family enjoyment. We do not accept parties or events, nor loud noise.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. It's a beautiful, one-story house, and the outside area is a true paradise. The house is perfect for couples and families (with kids).
