The house is super cozy, exactly like in the pictures! It is close to the beach, from the commerce and has easy access to the highway, which helped a lot in the tours. We were able to take our pets, who loved the space too! Priscila and Luiz were super attentive and made us comfortable. It was all great, we definitely want to go back!

I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

The stay was excellent, everything was exactly as described and we expected. We reached our goal, which was to stay the holiday with the doguinhos away from bustling and the lodging gave us that. They loved the yard and the space, they were very comfortable. The house is in a very quiet and safe condominium. All the questions I had, Patrícia answered, always super solicitous. The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccable cleaning with furniture and well-maintained utensils, has a very beautiful lawn and excellent care for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and requests, and André (owner) gives up a lot of attention and speed in answering questions, and is always worried that everything will go in the best way. The only observation is a bar next to it and order a little until 2, 3 o'clock in the morning, at the most it's all very nice.

We recommend the house, this is the second time we go in the family, Sirleide's husband welcomed us very well, the pool is quiet for the children, the bedding was smelling, the kitchen has all the utensils, including air fry which made me happy for the practicality, we barbecued, rested, strolled. Sirleide was solicitous in communications, understandable when the replacement of an item I unintentionally broke. We will return as soon as possible!!!

We love the days we spend in the house, which is cozy, spacious, perfect!! Well Coladinha on the mountain, full of birds and butterflies a quiet 😍 place and full of peace. My dogs loved the garden, the lawn and played the whole time. Amazing place for those who want to rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general well-being. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We will definitely return

The stay and the experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including access and use instructions for the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen with sufficient utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

Excellent accommodation!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, and has a well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, and an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

The place is amazing - beachfront location, accommodation, it’s more than well equipped. Nice tables and chairs in the house. The Beach tent they offer, was an amazing feature. We went with pets and it’s very secured / gated. Roberta was great to talk, very responsive.
