In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

Beach Bungalow - Siriuba

Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Casa Marambaia, on Caiçara beach, near Ubatuba

Spectacular house in a Caiçara community, a quiet place in preserved Atlantic Forest. Two beaches with excellent bathing: Brava beach, the closest, and Fortaleza beach 1000 meters away. Excellent for hiking. Simple bars and typical restaurant, with fish and shellfish. 6 km from BR 101 (SP 55). It is 17 km from Ubatuba, a renowned gastronomic center. Access to the fish market and the Aquarium. Possibility of nautical tours in smaller vessels or schooners.
