The house is not luxurious, but it is cozy. Access is via a 250 m path that starts at the beach and is covered on foot. This path begins with a slight ascent and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). Illustrations in the photos. The house is not very high for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally from caiçaras, it was renovated by my parents, with whom I spent a lot of good times there. This is the perfect home for those who want to enjoy peace and nature, with all the tranquility in the world.

My house is inside the Prumirim condominium. In addition to having walking access to Prumirim beach and waterfall, it is close to the best beaches in Ubatuba, such as Felix, Itamambuca, Vermelha do Norte, among others.... You will love the space for its location, as it is in a heavenly place!! In addition to the coziness of a beautiful and well-built house in a quiet and well-preserved location! Accommodations are for couples, families and individual adventurers.

The room has 1 double bed and a bunk bed with new and comfortable mattresses. Both rooms offer incredible views of the Atlantic Forest and the Sea, surrounded by pure nature, just 500 meters from the most fantastic waterfall in Ubatuba, the Prumirim Waterfall. The room has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, sandwich makers, etc. It has a LED TV with cable channels. What I love most is the nature and the privileged view of the place.

Between Ubatuba and Paraty, 35 km away, is Almada Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast. At the top of the Peninsula, which gives access to the beach with almost 360 degrees of view, is a complete chalet for couples. Trails, Waterfalls, Birdwatching among many tours. 1.5 km from Almada Beach with Bars and Restaurants and all beach infrastructure available.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).

Surrounded by lush nature, 80 meters from Itamambuca Beach, within the subdivision, the house is practically on the sand. Bioconstruction, all made in hyperadobe, with rainwater catchment and green roof and a wonderful view. My space is good for couples and families (with babies and/or children over 3 years old).
