The neighborhood is known as a safe residential area, where it is possible to stay in a quiet environment and at the same time close, 2 km from the Pão de Açucar Cable Car Station and 4 km from Copacabana beach.

Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.
