What a perfect place!! It is close to everything (market, pharmacy, McDonald's, beach in a few meters and much more). The host was always helpful in answering questions when needed! We will definitely return!

To watch the sunrise was the high point of being in this apartment! Henrique was super gentle and I spent beautiful days on the beach with my mother :)

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The view from the apartment is wonderful! The location is perfect with everything you need 5 minutes away or less. Easy access to entry and exit, Leandro is always active and responds super fast! I highly recommend it, I can't wait to go back!

Excellent place, close to everything (restaurant, market, shopping and, especially, right in front of the sea), everything very clean and organized. I rented this apartment for my mother and grandmother, two elderly women, and Fernanda (Host) was extremely kind and welcoming.

We spent 4 incredible days here and we already miss it! The house has a perfect location: the beach right there, lively bars everywhere and everything within walking distance. You can relax listening to the sea and then have a few good drinks without needing a car. Couldn't be better… And Juliana was a top-notch host! Super attentive and always ready to help, she made all the difference.

Gustavo from the first contact was extremely cordial and flexible to always give suggestions that would facilitate and meet our schedule and accommodation needs. All questions were clarified quickly and promptly. The house very comfortable and with a lot to offer! For sure we already have a point for the times we go down to the downtown! Anxious for new memories in Gustavo's yellow house.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of backpacks and/or light handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

We love the place, cozy, clean and organized apartment... the condominium is beautiful, super quiet and safe... right in front of the beach... if you have another opportunity I would come back here again. Pedro was very cool.

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
