Márcia was extremely polite and helpful! The place was very clean, and it was very easy to keep it clean. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small). the place is very close to the beach and easy to access. quiet beach and the view is beautiful ( get ready for stairs, but, it's worth it).

The house is in a condominium in Saco da Ribeira, where the main marinas of the region are. There is a mall two blocks with market, and good bar/restaurant/pizzeria. Beaches are very close, but I used a car to go all. I didn't find any paths I could take to walk. The condominium pool is clean, good size and good business hours. There is always an employee of the condominium taking care of. As in the ad, the house has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, but since it was very hot during the period I went, it lacked air conditioning. The kitchen is complete with all items you may need. Large room.

Very comfortable, clean, brand new apartment. Air conditioning working perfectly, great shower. The only extremely NEGATIVE point was vacancy 26. Because an Hb20 car did not fit. However, the host promptly responded, making spot 28 available, where we were able to park.

Amazing and super quiet, it gives a huge peace and very close to the beach, you can hear it from the balcony. It was a great experience, I will come back more often.

My stay was simply perfect! The space is super pleasant, with a charming exterior decoration, full of plants, as well as a very convenient parking lot. The interior of the house is also very well decorated, bringing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The site is air-conditioned, which made all the difference. The kitchen is complete, very well-equipped, and both the room and the bathroom were impeccable. And the great highlight was the whirlpool, simply wonderful, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! The location is also excellent, providing incredible moments of rest and leisure. The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. We were able to take our pet without any problem or requirement outside the standards of a condominium. I recommend it to everyone who searches the region.

Our stay at AP D. Cindy was wonderful and very well enjoyed! The accommodation is large, with spacious and cozy rooms at the same time, providing the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. One of the greatest advantages is the privileged location: in a quiet environment and, the best, very close to Praia do Lázaro, allowing us to walk without any difficulty. Lazaro Beach, besides being beautiful in itself, was our starting point to explore other beauties of the region. From there, we can easily access Praia Domingas Dias, with its crystal clear waters and impeccably clean sand, and also Praia da Sununga, famous for the charming Gruta that cries, an almost mystical setting worth the visit. In addition, Lazaro Beach itself offers the opportunity to take boat trips to the nearby islands, an amazing experience to admire nature. Another highlight of our experience was the attention and care of D. Cindy, which was always helpful.

The host was super attentive. The apartment is well tidy and super clean, as well as airy. The condo's swimming pool is great, as is the barbecue and game room. The place is very quiet and safe. There is a supermarket very close by and the restaurants we frequent are within a 10 minute drive, towards the beach of the cove/porpoises.

Chalé as described in the advertisement, functional and sufficient for a couple. Great location for lodging with everything close by and all necessary utesilios, great beaches and options. We made 90% without using a car. Lazaro Beaches 5min, Sununga and Domingas Dias in 20 min of light walking. Leo always helpful and responded quickly to needs. We had a little problem with wifi and TV, but it did not hinder our stay. I took two dogs, one large and one medium, accommodated well on-site. I took the beach at times with little movement and had no problems, they swam at Lazarus. I recommend it without restrictions.

i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. It was in communication all the time to know if it was all right if I was enjoying it if I had slept well without words, she is a super nice and educated person, not to mention that she sent me directions about the best beaches. About the apartment only positive things all new, complete kitchen left nothing to wish for, the condominium is also top everyone respects the super quiet rules I had no problem for me so far it was the best trip I've ever made by Airbnb beaches, top apartment, I don't see the time to come back again. Our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The bachelor mattresses are firmer, but everything as described in the advertisement. The apartment is complete and it was clean when we arrived. You are about 600 m from Itagua beach, a quiet place close to the Guarani street where the restaurants are located. You can do everything on foot, including the morning walks on the beachfront. For breakfast we opted for bakeries around the neighborhood, with emphasis on San Marco (4 blocks from apt) and Integrale (10 blocks). Atendimento do Fernando e da Cátia sensational, agile and very helpful.

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Super markets, bakeries and pharmacies are on the same street as the condo, so it is very easy to get to these places. I highly recommend it!
