The house is in a condominium in Saco da Ribeira, where the main marinas of the region are. There is a mall two blocks with market, and good bar/restaurant/pizzeria. Beaches are very close, but I used a car to go all. I didn't find any paths I could take to walk. The condominium pool is clean, good size and good business hours. There is always an employee of the condominium taking care of. As in the ad, the house has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, but since it was very hot during the period I went, it lacked air conditioning. The kitchen is complete with all items you may need. Large room.

extremely clean apartment.. organized. felt at home. we arrived and had a sparkling wine Salton waiting for us in the refrigerator.. the view is more beautiful in person.. I would open the door of the room and give it with that amazing view.. we sleep with the noise of the sea. yes there are the steps as it reports in the comments was worth more than worth it every minute. we return home with the desire to return soon

Beautiful stay in Itamamabuca! Very nice house and location. Very comfortable facilities to spend two weeks resting! The kitchen is very complete and the room is comfortable! House much more beautiful than the pictures. All rooms are suites, very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is actually heated, we enjoyed it until the evening, as we went at the end of April and it was already a lower temperature. All the house's faucets and showers are heated. Shuveiros with a lot of pressure. Overall the house is amazing. It was the whole family, the youngest 3 months old and the oldest at 72 years old and all took advantage of it.

I rented Casa Lia to celebrate my birthday and it was a WONDERFUL choice! The house comfortably accommodated the 26 guests, even in the bad weather. Before booking, I confirmed if I could have DJs and speakers, and they assured me that the sound was released, but I was reported by noise on Airbnb. The house was impeccable, with comfortable rooms, which pleased everyone. However, the wifi did not work properly, hampering communication with the co-host, ñ had a mobile phone network.I ran for Gabi's food service, but the quality did not justify the HIGH price. The moqueca came full of thorns and almost caused a gagging on a child, everyone was unhappy, I'm glad we brought barbecue! The vegan portions were small, and when ordering niver cakes that were good, she took a large chunk, which I found inelegant. The breakfast is good. Voltaria for sure, as the house is perfect, but no extra services

The house is exactly like the one advertised, it was good for the family, we do not need to use all the available rooms, very full kitchen, very good pool, and space for children to play is well taken care of. We will definitely go back and indicate the house.
