We love the location and the apartment, a very safe condominium. Everything is close by, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. The beach is easy to access. Everything matched the host's ad. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back .

Our stay was perfect. The Mutá beach is delicious, warm water and calm. It is 15km from Porto Seguro, and the highway to the city has a lot of traffic in full periods, but we were looking for a place without a lot of muvuca, so it was great. The condominium is very cozy, and the apartment was clean and organized. Overall, I highly recommend!

Great stay. The apartment, very comfortable, well decorated, with appearance of "house of us", extremely functional and equipped. The location is strategic, both for the trendiest beaches/bars and downtown. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies nearby. The condominium is very safe, it is because they are few units, it becomes easy to know the other users. The owners were very receptive and malleable. Nanci is very available in all contacts by phone and Aelson, who welcomed us, very friendly and made himself available to him. Surely the accommodation will be on our return list. I was staying with my family from 5/5/2025 to 13/5/2025, excellent apartment bed linen, kitchen with impeccable vases, I just missed an air fryer would make the stay even easier. Bruna is always very attentive and kind. On a next visit in Porto Seguro I would choose the Monte Carmelo condominium again for sure.

We very much enjoyed our stay, cozy place, the super attentive Valéria and very pleasant atmosphere. Location close to the beach, restaurant and markets. The only thing left to be desired was the bathroom, mainly social, because it was a fossa in the city, the stench and the vase clogged very easily. We passed the case to Valeria as responsible. But we highly recommend the stay and certainly in another opportunity, we will come back, because it was TOP⛱️⛱️⛱️

I stayed on Alessandra's Airbnb and it was a great experience! The place is super cozy, exactly as in the pictures, and I was very well received. Alessandra was thoughtful and kind from the start, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

The house faithfully corresponds to the listing. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, easy access. Super easy and attentive communication, it is right next to the Square to get by car. A great cost benefit for those who like Trancoso.

The location is like the photos shown on the website. It has 02 rooms on the upper floor that are small, but that fit 01 king bed and 1 single bed, which optimized the space. The kitchen is very well-equipped for big families, as was our case, and we had no problem cooking. The bathrooms have a very good size, however the shower is very close to the wall, so a suggestion is to put the longer barrel or change it for shower, to make it easier to shower. The site is very beautiful, close to the beach and several excellent stalls to spend the day. The staff at the condominium reception is very attentive, helpful and good face to meet us. The hostess was sincere when she warned that only two vehicles could stay inside the condominium, which avoided problems when we arrived. Very attentive and always responds quickly to messages sent. Anyway, we are very happy with the place and recommend it to those who have a large family. It was very worth it!

Nossa was amazing, My first time on the beach and still the lodging was like being at home. Etiene always with extreme attention a wonderful person to another girl who checks is always polite and helpful. I will recommend to many the space I will come back more often. All wonderful pool, barbecue area and all perfect garage space. Note 1000 for Etiene.
