Bacana, good condominium and well-structured, clean and organized apartment, plus spacious. Some leaks in the bathroom and refrigerator, and a small problem with the hairdryer, but nothing that hindered the trip.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is super organized, as is the whole condominium. The kitchen is well equipped, with a great variety of utensils and appliances, which made our everyday life much easier. We always had a parking space available, which was a very positive point. The leisure area is amazing, with several swimming pools of different depths, even though it is not heated. The condominium condominium transmits a lot of security and the location is great, with pharmacy, market and other nearby shops. Hosts were very attentive throughout their stay. It would surely return!

Location exactly as advertised, great location, close to the beach, close to the center, even close to other beaches with access to trails. Pedro helped us with everything we needed, always responded quickly, very solicitous. We will definitely be back!

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

Loved staying at Luciana’s beautiful condo in Ubatuba! It has all the creature comforts of home, super central location to plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Grateful Luciana was able to loan us some bath towels are they are not included originally. As a host Luciana is gracious and very helpful! If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful retreat look no further!

Our weekend was perfect!! My 4-legged daughter was very comfortable. Mayra provided me with a room where we can leave her in safety and privacy on the nights we go out to eat. The space was just like the photos, it was very clean and organized, the bed was great, I loved the strong shower and warm water, and the best part is that the cottage is next to Barra Seca beach, less than a 5-minute walk, calm water sea almost a pool, the left corner almost deserted, the right corner has a very nice river... Because we were out of season, and I was working from home, our check-in was easy, which helped me a lot to work on Friday. Mayra is very nice and her dogs are sweet too. We'll be back soon!!!

The place was gorgeous! So nice to hear the sound of the waves from the window. The place was a little tricky to reach with steep roads and uneven cobblestones but we managed just fine! the driveway also faces the opposite way that we came up, so be aware that it might be more difficult to find because of that. beyond that, we had an idyllic stay! Loved the area and the beaches. So fun to watch all the surfers :)
