Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia do Pina

Regarding the owner, I had a lot of ease making contact with him, he responds very quickly and is very attentive, I can also say that he has good taste and creativity, which is reflected in the apartment, whether in the decoration and even in the construction of the apartment. The building has an excellent location, being close to pharmacies, the medical center, markets, restaurants and with access to the main roads of Recife. The apartment is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to an iron, even beauty utensils such as a hair straightener and others (my girlfriend loved that part lol). Both rooms have comfortable beds, one firmer than the other (to suit both tastes). The TVs are up-to-date (smart), so you can watch whatever you want. The apartment has good ventilation, but also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a fan in the living room. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Regarding parking, I liked the fact that I could park in any space in the garage.

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and with a great location. Close to the airport and two blocks from Boa Viagem beach. The service was very smooth, we were very well attended to and we did not miss anything.

We had an amazing stay, beautiful house, very accommodating for our large group. The beach being a very short walking distance was the cherry on top. I felt very safe and the cook and cleaning lady were also so kind and wonderful and helped make our stay even better. We felt so well taken care of! Allan checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and was very flexible with us at check in. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to book.

Inez's house is wonderful! I have stayed in some places and houses, including in Malawi, but this house, without a doubt, was the best of all. The kitchen is super equipped, with all the utensils you can imagine (air fryer, oil fryer, blender, ice maker, sandwich maker, large variety of excellent quality pots, glasses of all types of glass and plastics, refractory, trays, in short...nothing is missing). The decor is very tasteful, charming, I would say that the house, in person, is better than in the photos of the listing. Clean bathrooms, quality bed and bath linens, pool towels. Comfortable rooms with blackout roller blinds that block out all light. The leisure area is sensational! It was the part we enjoyed the most! The gourmet space in the leisure area is spectacular, people can cook facing the pool, in a unique integration with the family. Inez was super attentive and always ready to respond. We want to go back!

We had a wonderful experience in this house! The place is simply amazing, with an energy that conveys peace from the first moment. The house is exactly like in the pictures — cozy, full of lovely details and thought out with a lot of fondness. The team that received us was impeccable: polite, respectful and always helpful. We spend special days between friends and with our children, creating memories that we will take for life. It was worth every minute. Sure, it's a place to go back!

Vanusia was very proactive from the beginning, supported me with the check-in time, was very kind in the guidelines regarding the neighborhood and the issues related to the property, in addition to making me extremely comfortable in the space. I felt like part of the family, Vanusia helped me with the arrival of my event and also kindly took me to see a little of the city. I will certainly come back more often!

We had an excellent stay, we felt very comfortable, the house is beautiful, very functional and has everything you need and more! The area is very quiet and close to one of the beaches that we liked the most in Porto, Praia Do Cupé, ideal for going with children and family. They greeted us with two exquisite cakes!! Sonilda is very kind, she helped us a lot with recommendations of the place and was always willing to help us! Something to highlight, the attention that Vera, the manager, gave us, made us feel at home, she was at our disposal at all times and in all the details!! Highly recommended! Pedro gave a hosting class to other hosts. The attention to detail is incredible. If you're a coffee lover like us, you'll love this space. Impeccable organization and cleanliness. Great location, everything close by in a quiet and very beautiful neighborhood. Super comfortable beds, showers that put hotels to shame. The live decoration is even more beautiful than in the photos. Anyway, we strongly recommend it to other guests. We love it! And whenever we return to Recife, we will certainly stay at Pedro's place.

Great stay. Silvia was flexible on check-in and the apartment was adjustable, well clean and equipped. It wasn't the first time we stayed in it and it certainly won't be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Only one detail I would like to mention is with respect to air conditioning, I believe that the weather would be more pleasant after a cleaning in the filter. It cooled reasonably, it didn't bother you, but it could perform better. Overall we like it a lot <3

Amazing apartment, everything very beautiful and new, we had an unforeseen leak in the bathroom sink of the suite and in the kitchen sink, Amanda informed us that she would send someone to fix it, but in the 3 days I was staying there, no one showed up. We had to disable the bathroom sink in the bedroom and only used the main bathroom. Apart from these setbacks, the apartment is beautiful.

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.

The accommodation is extremely complete, in addition to being located in a condominium that offers many leisure options. Access is greatly facilitated by not needing keys and the super quiet neighborhood. Indico very much this accommodation option, myself and my friends feel at home.
