The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, organized, equipped and all the equipment working. Sarah is very polite and helpful. We love the stay and we recommend it for sure!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Our stay at Carlos' house was excellent! The house is beautiful, with a decoration full of personality and life, which conveys the cozy feeling of being at home. It is super comfortable, equipped with all the necessary utensils for a quiet stay. The surroundings are surrounded by nature, very quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. There is a grocery store on the corner, which makes everyday life much easier, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, both Carlos and Leandro were extremely helpful and responded super fast whenever we needed. Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made our arrival and departure much easier. It was an amazing experience and we certainly want to go back!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

The house is true to the ad, very well equipped and in very good taste. The heated pool made all the difference at this time. The location is perfect and José Eduardo is a great host! I recommend it.

This place was great for my family and I, we loved the proximity to the beach and the area. Alessandra was extremely responsive, and any time we had questions, she was very quick to respond. I would recommend staying here!

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

We loved the stay!!! Comfortable house, very well taken care of, privacy and tranquility. Very close to the beach, supermarkets nearby! We even extended our stay for another day and everything was smooth without any bureaucracy. We will definitely return.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

We took a lot of family photos, the location is great, safe inside a condominium with a concierge, a few steps from the beach. Kitchen with countless utensils to use and Claudio left us a gift, a wonderful table wine!!! I recommend it.

The place of Priscila is a charm of place, for those who have search, peace, tranquility, rest this is the right place. It is a simple, cozy and functional space because it has everything you need in the house. Ms. Geni Priscila's grandmother, we gave several tips and instructions. The Local is in the middle of the forest and very calm and safe, a clean air, we had the privilege of seeing several animals, squirrels, birds of various species, kissing -flores a place for those who like nature and want to rest. Close to the beach to walk. and Vila people very friendly and hospitable. I recommend and intend to return!!!

Our stay at Casa Tiê was amazing! The house is beautiful, new and super charming! It had everything we needed and the description of the listing was faithful to what we found there! What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.
