We really liked Matheus' apartment, everything was clean and organized, necessary utensils to prepare a good meal; it exceeded our expectations!!! Matheus and Jasmim are super nice people, helpful, there was no doubt about the Check in and Check out procedures. Located in an excellent location, with wonderful beaches and a very pleasant and safe waterfront for a walk at night, supplied with commercial infrastructure, fairs and food areas. We will definitely return to Aracajú and stay at Matheus's apartment if it is available.

The apartment is extremely well located, right on the waterfront of Atalaia. It has a restaurant with great price on the same street (gilsons). Large, airy and clean apartment. Children's safe, with screen on all windows. Township has a neighbor who is very kind and helped us on a few occasions. The common area of the building does not offer comfort for activities or stay. We missed newer and more varied items in the kitchen, because we were with children and the elderly, the intention was to eat more at home, but in the end we got along. Tatiana kindly separated some crib rolls for my 2-year-old daughter not to roll from the mattress. We had some mishaps during the stay, but in the end Tatiana managed to solve them, that matters. It was a great experience. We would return!

The apartment was as expected: clean, cozy, and in a great condominium. There is nothing to complain about, as we did not have any problems. A differential that seems silly, but made a difference, was the convenience of not needing a key to open the door, only the password, so each one left at the time they wanted and arrived at the time they wanted without depending on anyone. Great accommodation, super quiet and safe condominium, nearby market. Only the location is a little far from the waterfront on foot, but it's super fast if you go by car. In short, my stay in Aracaju was perfect.

I spent the last Carnival holiday at the Villa das Águas Condomínio. The experience was very good! Since the first contact, the host, Airton, was very attentive, kind and flexible with the check-in and check-out times, greatly facilitating our arrival and departure. The apartment is cozy, clean and very airy. The condominium has a complete structure, with lagoons and a spectacular pool, as well as being perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking and running. The location is strategic, with easy access to the famous Lagoas dos Tambaquis, a surprising place worth a visit. I only have compliments and I highly recommend both the apartment and the host Airton, who still made the stay more enjoyable with his kindness, attention and flexibility regarding schedules. Hope to return soon!
