Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia do Saco

I really like the residence, it's a cozy and very quiet place. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and proved available to solve some unforeseen events. In general I had a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for greater privacy.

The Dalva House is about 100m from San Francisco Square, the heart of Saint Kitts, and a few blocks from the city's shopping district. It has a beautiful view, it is airy, very well-equipped kitchen, quiet. Voltaria for sure.

The house is beautiful, more than expected, comfortable, attentive and welcoming hosts, my group loved the entire stay, we were in a group of 10 people and everyone was comfortable in the accommodations, I highly recommend it.

The house is very beautiful. The showers have great showers, beds are very comfortable, air conditioning quiet, we all sleep very well. The host Ricardo is very friendly and would always respond to us immediately. We all love the stay, we feel at home. It has a market right in front of the condo. The name says it all: “sossego Caueira”. Perfect place to relax with family. I recommend it!

Regarding the house, I would like to highlight the cleaning, all available utensils, in addition to being located in a quiet condominium close to the market, pharmacy and etc. I intend to return, have been wonderful days among family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The place is exactly as in the photos — the house was very clean, very cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for resting. The location was also excellent, with easy access to markets and restaurants. Renan was extremely attentive and responded quickly to all messages, as well as providing us with great local tips. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay.

Super cozy space, great structure and identical to the one advertised, great location being close to everything. Francisco was always very attentive and gave us all the very detailed instructions, including videos of the most interesting places. Our experience was truly excellent, mainly due to the space and attention of Francisco, who even gifted us with delicious local treats.

Space is exactly like in the pictures — beautiful, very beautiful and cozy. It is close to the beach, you can walk quietly, and there are many restaurants nearby. For the more distant locations, Uber's value is also accessible. The host, Luís, was very attentive, responded quickly and answered all questions.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

Apt as advertised, large and spacious, I felt at home. It has a good location, easy check-in and check-out, as well as app rides and the bus.

This apartment is in an excellent condo, and the balcony is simply stunning with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, and Antonio was incredibly responsive and provided all the necessary information. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is large and comfortable, the condominium has a wonderful pool that on the weekends has a bar and music. Place for those looking for tranquility, on Mondays everything is closed, trade works from Tuesday to Sunday. Hostão responds super fast and is very helpful. Super recommend!
