Complete and charming studio with parking, isolated in the midst of exuberant nature, 2 km (5 minutes) from a paradisiacal and deserted beach, dunes that allow sandboarding, waterfalls and mountains with trails. No crowds and close to the center (12 minutes), good restaurants, cafes and bistros. There are two units on the property in addition to the owners' house.

There are two en-suites, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds, we do not rent separately. Close to the beach and the city center. Access to the beach by trail or exclusive staircase, a beautiful exercise for the body and soul.

From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.
