Amazing place for those who want to rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general well-being. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We will definitely return

Excellent house as advertised, safe, airy, no smell, main item for those who have an allergic family member, we only used the car to go to other beaches, the main services can be done on foot, flexibility in check-in and check-out times, host is a 10. We will definitely go back and indicate .

The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with several utensils and appliances, which was very welcome to our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. We spent a few fantastic days at Celso's house in Ubatuba. The weather was not good one day, but the house has a huge living room to enjoy, very comfortable as well as the rest of the facilities that are as seen in the photos (or better). I'd like to highlight the kindness of the host, who was quick to respond and helpful with what we needed, both for arrival and departure. The view is more spectacular than what you see in the photos! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just a few steps from the beautiful Tenorio beach. We probably forgot to mention more things to highlight, best regards and see you next time!

We had an unforgettable experience at the Genoveva Mansion. The house is spacious, comfortable and has comfortably accommodated our group of 25 people. The rooms are large, the pool is top, and the view… simply sensational! The position of the house makes it unique, with a breathtaking look that made our days even more special. The administration was very attentive and quick in the answers, always ready to help us. We are immensely grateful for the appointment of Mrs. Elza, a love of person, who took care of our kitchen and so many other details with affection and dedication. She really made a difference! And to top it off, we were close to wonderful beaches. We only have gratitude for everything and will undoubtedly return!

We were in Ubatuba at Ana's house during the holiday and weekend, and we only have compliments to do! All wonderful!! The excellent house, wonderful pool! A quiet street, but close to the bustle of the centrinho, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies and many beaches! Thank you, Paulo, for all receptivity and for sending us to Bruna to check in! She was very considerate and dear!!

We spent a lovely week in Claudia’s house; easy living very close to one of the best beaches in Ubatuba. The house is spacious and the garden is frequently visited by beautiful birds. Claudia is a very friendly and efficient host.

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

Loved staying at Luciana’s beautiful condo in Ubatuba! It has all the creature comforts of home, super central location to plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Grateful Luciana was able to loan us some bath towels are they are not included originally. As a host Luciana is gracious and very helpful! If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful retreat look no further!

Our stay at Casa Tiê was amazing! The house is beautiful, new and super charming! It had everything we needed and the description of the listing was faithful to what we found there! Full of whimsical details and impeccable cleanliness. The place in the middle of the forest is unique! Super quiet for rest days. Mateus was helpful and proactive at the reception. We will definitely return and recommend the stay!!!

Very good weekend with the family, sorry that the accesses to the north coast are getting more and more complicated and the traffic gets in the way more often during the year, yet it is always worth it, the region is very beautiful and beaches very good, run from the long holidays that all goes well!! Very good house, close to markets, bakery and pharmacies, easy access to the beaches, I highly recommend it. João is very attentive and responds quickly.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

Simply super tip. We were greeted by Marlene when we arrived, who was super-loving with everyone. Our stay at Hilda's place was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and surrounded by nature, on a plot with spectacular sea views. Everything there conveys comfort and peace, exactly what is expected of a beach house. We feel safe and enjoy every dawn, waking up early to watch the sun rise in the ocean. One of the highlights was the direct access from the terrain to the rocks by the sea, from where we could admire the waves and the sunrise. Hilda was a great host, always attentive and agile in answering any question, which made us feel very well taken care of. And Emerson, who takes care of the house, always welcomed us with a smile and even gave us fresh bananas! It was a shame our stay was short, because we would have stayed longer! Not only do we highly recommend to those who want to stay close to Itamambuca beach, but we will definitely return one day.

I loved the lodging! Mariara was extremely kind and attentive from the beginning. The place is gorgeous, surrounded by very green, super quiet and perfect for resting. It is in a condominium, but with easy access. It seems to be a safe place. The bedding was great, super comfortable, and the house had everything we needed to cook with practicality. It has supermarkets close by, the neighborhood is close to the center and easy access to the mountain range. It was a wonderful experience, I would definitely be back!
