The living room and one of the bedrooms have glass walls, very comfortable and because it is in the middle of the woods it is very cool and humid. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms with electric towel racks. Guests will have access, on foot, to 3 beaches (Prumirim, Itaipu and Léo), Cachoeira, Ilha do Prumirim and Lagoa do Prumirim.
