I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The apartment is located in an exclusive condominium on the side of Arraial, at a perfect distance to enjoy everything the city has to offer and unforgettable panoramic views. The apartment is very comfortable, everything is top quality, everything is very well thought out and organized. We enjoy each apartment, each one offering a very pleasant atmosphere. The top floor is really a gem to enjoy full evenings. The pool is very clean and everything is very well maintained. Excellent communication and a lot of concern at all times from the owner and the person in charge of the place. Thank you so much for such beautiful memories!!

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

Our stay in Arraial do Cabo was absolutely perfect! The apartment was beautiful—clean, spacious, and very safe. It’s located right on the water with stunning views and even has a private entrance to the beach, which made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was flexible with our check-in time, which we really appreciated. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway in Arraial do Cabo, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. I will recommend and return to Diego's house with pleasure.

I went with my family to spend Easter 2025 at Casa Azul. We were very well accommodated. Nearby Trade. Marcia always available, gave us all the attention. The house is ideal for those who want to relax. front beach little frequented and great for meditating. We took tours to Praia de Geriba in Búzios and Praia do Forte. Easy to access by car. very pleasant experience.

We are very pleased with the accommodation, the house is very comfortable and clean. The house is easy to find and has quick access to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants and especially the beach, which is on the back street. Marcos is super polite and always ready to answer questions and solve any problem, the homemaker also Marcelo is well educated and has made himself available for anything he needs. We will definitely return on another occasion.

It's a wonderful place, it's exactly the same as the photos, Angela's service was excellent and definitely, it's a place I would repeat.

Really nice place that matches the pictures. A bit of an adventure get up the roads but we'll worth it also very secure. Great grill and accessories in the kitchen. One minor note, we got back late one afternoon and had fresh fish to cook and decided to use the small oven. The temp only goes to 200 degrees and we didn't notice until we started cooking it - so took a long time. It would have been better on the grill. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house with wonderful view

The stay was excellent, Sueli and her husband were very welcoming, the house was impeccable, the rooms were all clean, impeccable, the house was very well taken care of, the house is also very well equipped, with all the necessary utensils for cooking... barbecuing. It was just me, my husband, and my 3-year-old son. We had an amazing weekend, and we literally felt at home. My son loved the playground area, he had a lot of fun and didn't even want to leave 😍 The house's decoration is beautiful, with furniture and objects that reflect the host's good taste. I loved the details that make the house even more welcoming, not to mention the plants in the garden that I loved, very well cared for. I highly recommend this house!!!! I hope to return soon with the whole family! 🥰🥰🥰

Celio's place is very cozy and extremely clean. It has all the necessary utensils for accommodation and you don't have to worry about taking anything as it's all very new and clean. I found the spacious house facing the sea. It is a bit far from Cabo Frio and Búzios, but it is worth the cost-benefit. Celio is attentive, responds on time and removes all the necessary doubts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice, very well organized and safe gated condominium. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

An incredible place, we were received in a sensational way, everything was clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny paid.

The township was great to stay in the house, we were very well accommodated and we had the full attention of the hosts. The location of the house is great, very close to the beach. I recommend it.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

Roberto was very solicitous from the beginning, always answering all questions and making himself available for anything. He gave me several tips on what to do, various places for leisure, phone numbers for ordering food, very attentive. The house is very cozy, in the kitchen you will find everything you need, the rooms are simpler, but it suited me well. I had excellent days and was able to relax with my family. The house has a great location, close to everything.

The house is just wonderful! Large, airy and clean rooms. All with a view of the Lagoon. The barbecue right in front of the pool. Charming place. The condominium is very safe, with security guards passing by at all times. All rooms have a fan. The suite has air conditioning. All rooms have lockers. You don't need to bring anything, there are bed and bath linens for everyone. Mr. Nelson was very helpful and attentive to our requests. I celebrated my birthday and it was unforgettable. Thank you for all the kindness from the beginning to the end of the stay. The house is much better than in the photos, which seems impossible!

Patrícia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived very late, Patrícia gave us two more bonus hours to check out to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!
