Very cozy space integrated with nature and the city, the house is an excellent space to receive a group of friends and families, it has a great location close to the three main shopping malls, national and international bakeries, the best markets, hotels, gastronomic tours, and excellent restaurants and cafes, on the way to the northern beaches, it is in the heart of the island, between the center, northern and southern beaches. The house is extremely comfortable, a mixture of wood, glass and stone. The most complete house.

Great for couples

The space is ideal for a couple, with a large, combined and cozy room. In the outdoor area, there is a beautiful pergola, good for outdoor dining or reading books that I make available. House located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, in Lagoa da Conceição, where you can take a bath of lagoon and waterfall. Where only be reached by ecologic trail or boat. You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

Rustic-style house in front of Ponta das Canas beach in the most isolated part. Even with maximum occupancy on the island, it is a reserved corner. To get to the beach in front, it is possible in two ways, by the street (300 meters) or by the lagoon (salt water), when it is low, wetting only to the knee with an incredible landscape, full of seagulls.
