Villa holiday rentals in Praia dos Pescadores

Me and some family members were lucky to find this villa for my sisters wedding. The check in was very easy as a key was left in a lockbox upon our arrival. The villa is even more beautiful in person and has an amazing view of the sunset at night from the garden. The pool was perfect temperature and the garden has the sun from morning till night. The kitchen has everything you would need. And the bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds. I would highly recommend staying at this villa if you’re looking for somewhere to stay a stones throw away from the town centre but just far enough out to enjoy the beautiful view and peace. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The check in was very flexible and we were given a full house tour and local recommendations when we arrived. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. It was 4 adults and 2 very small children who stayed in the house and it was perfect as we all had lots of room both inside and by the pool. We even done a BBQ for dinner. Lidl is just 3 minute walk away which is great.

Our first time traveling with our new baby so we had a lot of questions, Nuno was super responsive and helpful. Place was great, would definitely return and recommend

This was a truly fantastic villa, just what we (as a couple) were looking for (difficult to find good size villas for two persons); but could comfortably accommodate at least 4. Everything was as described; and Catia responded promptly to questions, etc. The villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk from many restaurants (Sao Domingos is especially good) and other local amenities - Aldi is less than 5 minutes walk; a small Apolonia (think Waitrose Express) about 15-20 minutes walk (less than 5 by car); and a large Continente (Tesco/Sainsbury's) about 10 - 15 minutes drive (in the Algarve Shopping Mall). Praia da Gale is also 15-20 minutes walk (5 by car), with Restaurant Praia da Gale also recommended. It is beautiful inside, with plenty of kitchen equipment; and beautifully furnished and finished. Very easy to find as on the main road through the town. All in all, a fabulous place; and we will certainly look to book again when looking to stay in Gale.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated and spacious villa! The decor was stunning, and the open layout made it feel like a luxurious retreat. With 16 of us staying here, the space was more than accommodating, and everyone had plenty of room to relax. The location was perfect as everything we needed was within walking distance (Spar and a beach), and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our host was absolutely wonderful - super nice, professional, and responsive to our needs. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot to stay.

What can I say. This was such a great find. We travelled as a family (four generations) and everyone loved the place. It was even more beautiful than the photos described, great views, comfy beds, felt private and more than enough space for all 10 of us. The pool was beautiful (we had it heated). We spent most afternoons there. The restaurants and beaches were incredible (great recommendations from Marco) - we only stayed a week and didn’t manage to try everywhere we wanted too. As for Marco - he was fantastic. Helpful, friendly and responsive (without being imposing) Honestly we couldn’t have loved this villa anymore. When we tried to think of how to improve we just couldn’t. Thank you Marco!

My 6 friends and I had an amazing 5 nights here (all women in our 20s and we felt really safe). We used a mixture of Bolt and Uber to get into Old Town & New Town which was cheap. You can walk to New Town easily too. We used Uber Eats a lot which was really helpful. The villa is stunning, spacious and extremely clean. The heated pool was a huge bonus as some days it was a bit chilly. Nuno was extremely helpful and all instructions and rules were very clear. We hope to come again one day!

Amazing Villa. This has been the best place we have ever stayed!! An amazing and spacious villa, lots of room and everything you would need. walk in showers in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Big pool. you can request this to be heated for an additional cost, which is well worth it if you have kids, as they will then stay in there all day. Thanks again Dominique and Pauline.

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

The villa is very well equipped, literally had everything we needed/wanted. Housekeeping also visited multiple times and were very accommodating. Quiet neighbourhood, you can walk to the beach but a car is probably needed otherwise. Great communication. Would highly recommend, thank you Rene and team!

Madalena was a fabulous host, really friendly and always a quick response to my messages.. a stunning location, the photos really don't do it justice. We stayed for 4 nights, enjoying walking to nearby Loule. A supermarket just 5 mins walk away and a cafe. Would not hesitate to go back, thank you so much Madalena

Casa Mu is a beautiful home with zen like qualities and an expansive view. We were staying at the house during the black out. Matthijs reached out to us while the cell towers were still live and came by to open the gates manually so we could get back to the house. Yannick stopped by later in the day to give us updates. The home has a Big Green egg and we had bought charcoal the day we arrived so we were able to cook dinner. Thankfully power was down for only a short time. Casa Mu has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever seen in a rental. We bought oranges and limes from a roadside stand and made fresh juice using the electric juicer. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. I would suggest bringing bar soap for the shower. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to hang out both inside and outside the house. The pool is not heated, but I did go in. A bit bracing, but not too cold. For food shopping, go to Apolonia in Lagoa. Great store that has all you need

amazing villa. had such a great 5 days here. villa is stunning and hosts were excellent. swimming pool was a lovely temperature and villa was exactly as described. we would love to stay there again! only slight negative was it was very hot and although there was no air conditioning.(which we were aware of) the fans in the bedrooms could be a bit better!

This house has a gorgeous view of the sea! Perched high on the cliff and only a few feet from steps that leads directly to a first rate restaurant and direct access to the beach with shops, restaurants and bars. Each of the four bedrooms has a sea view and an ensuite bathroom! The outdoor areas are spacious, with quality furniture and pool loungers...and the pool is sparkling, clean and in great condition!! There is a Nespresso machine but be sure to bring your own pods if you are staying long.There are none at the local grocery store to buy. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with plenty of cups, glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware. We rented the unit in late May during an annual fly hatching season. We had to deal with thousands of flies in the house when we arrived. We were given warning by the owner a few days before arrival. This is not something that can be controlled as it is a seasonable problem, but you should be aware of this if you plan to travel around that time

Ines’s place was very homey and large for two couples. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The location was great and Ines recommended great restaurants. My favorite thing about her place was the rooftop. The view of the ocean was perfect and having lounge chairs and a table and chairs were great options for relaxing. The house furnishings are dated, but clean.

This is a beautiful house. It’s so big, so it is perfect for a big group. The pool, rooftop, paddle table and BBQ was the cherry on top of a perfect location. Very close to the centre, easy to get to by foot. The hosts were friendly and communicative. The perfect house for a group trip to Albuferia!

What an amazing place! Looks exactly like the photos - we all absolutely loved it. We’ll be back! It’s a 30 min walk into town or a 4euro taxi.

Really enjoyed our visit to Villa Nox and the Algarve. Private and relaxing location, far from the beach but close to a local supermarket for all our provisions. Would recommend booking a hire car if you are going to stay in this more secluded area. Would recommend to family and friends.

We had a great time. The villa was brilliant and plenty big enough to accommodate over 10 people. The communication was exceptional from start to finish and the host kindly arranged some welcome items and airport transfer which made the travel experience easier. Great location with shops close by. I would highly recommend

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at this villa. It’s incredibly private, set off a quiet dirt track with beautiful surroundings, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Maria was a wonderful host, super responsive and helpful from start to finish. She even checked in before our arrival to see if we needed anything and kindly arranged for a cleaner mid-stay, which was a really nice touch. The location is great, just 20 minutes from both Vilamoura and Albufeira, and there’s also a lovely local beach with a few nice restaurants nearby. We’d definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to all.

The villa was fantastic, in a great location and the host was extremely friendly. They gave us some great local recommendations and tips which made the holiday. Five stars is not enough, I would give them ten if I could and would thoroughly recommend staying here. We will absolutely be back next year.

Beautiful villa with pool and outside area including bbq. Loads of space for kids to play. Great location some really nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Rabbbit Beach is very close to the villa 5-10 mins walk. The old town is 10 mins in taxi and if you use Antonio (who did our transfers) him or his lovely wife Rosa can pick you up when needed. Manfred and Tracy were great hosts very helpful and give very good information regarding the local area for food / drinks etc. Villa is perfect for a group loads of space and eating / chilling areas - couple of shops within walking distance. Overall great stay.

Our family of 5 adults, a toddler and a baby stayed in the villa. It had everything we needed, cots and even child plates, bowls and cutlery which was a lovely surprise!! The villa was spotlessly clean throughout. The beds were very comfortable. The aircon was amazing and only needed to cool the rooms before bedtime The outside area is so peaceful and relaxing with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool was superb!!! We paid the extra for heating and it was well worth it. Our 2 year old granddaughter learnt to swim and we had a job getting her out!!! Overall, the villa is amazing. We had everything we needed for a fantastic family holiday. Jose was brilliant, he is very responsive to queries and his local recommendations were fabulous. Will definitely stay again.

Oh well, whenever you come across superlatives on Airbnb you'd get suspicious. This home and the warm-felt welcoming of Agi found no challenger during all our time booking by Airbnb. This was a heavenly calm, beautiful place. We'd not only love to come back but stay forever. Thank you for giving us the opportunity and taking the extra time to show us around.
