Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

This apartment was a dream for us while staying at Portimão, we felt immediately at home with the beautiful decoration, all the amenities we could need, spotless clean, good internet and a balcony with view to the beach. The apartment itself is 5 stars and we wished we could stay longer. The location is also perfect, very close with easily walkable distance to the beautiful beach of “os três irmãos”. Pedro was extremely nice, responsive and super helpful. We, a family of 3 with a 7 year old, were extremely happy and wishing to come back. Fantastic deal, thank you so much Pedro!

We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment – it’s a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Praia da Rocha. Thank you, Anita and Antonio, for your warm hospitality and kindness!

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

We loved the beauty of the view and the location above Dona Ana beach and being close to the boardwalk to ponte da Piedade. You are also close to old town Lagos for restaurants, as well as to the marina. Joanna was very helpful and responsive and the condo was well equipped, with beautiful dishes and everything you need if you wish to cook.

Really lovely apartment. Very clean and well stocked… had everything you could need. The view from the balcony is fab, so relaxing to sit there listening to the lapping of the waves. Jose and Diogo were very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some quiet time out.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa in Guia, Portugal. The property was spotlessly clean and set in a peaceful, quiet location—perfect for a truly relaxing holiday. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the calm surroundings made it easy to unwind. Whether enjoying the sunshine outside or simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere, it was the ideal place to recharge. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clean, quiet getaway in the Algarve.

We stayed here for 4 days and everything was absolutely amazing—just like the photos, if not better! The place had everything you could possibly need on a vacation—clean, cozy, beautifully designed, and fully equipped. Our hosts, Michael and Tina (Anna), were incredible—so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The thoughtful welcome goodies at check-in were such a sweet surprise and really made us feel special. It was the perfect stay from start to finish. Highly recommend this gem—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Our stay in this immaculate two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a huge wrap around balcony with great views was great. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a stones through from Apolónia and a 15 min walk to the beach where there are some great restaurants. The host was always friendly and responsive and immediately resolved any issues we had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

Incredible stay in this beautiful villa hosted by Wilson. We had such an amazing time! The view is simply magnificent, there is plenty of room and seating areas to enjoy it every minute of the day. We had the pool heated and it was totally worth it. Note if you are travelling with kids, there is a small separated part of the pool that is PERFECT for toddlers. Wilson was such a great host, starting from the Booking. He gave us plenty of suggestions and tips to make the most out of our stay and he welcomed us with a welcome basket which was much appreciated as we just arrived from our night flight. Everything was super clean and there was even everything you need to enjoy the pool and the beach with kids. Don’t look further, if you have a car, this villa is the best base to explore the Algarve. We would happily come back!

Carlota’s place is located in amazing Villa with beautiful surroundings! Amazing beaches to get to and her local recommendations were excellent ! The pool was great but unfortunately due to the weather it was a bit too cold to use and shower facilities were under construction. The only downside is the bed option, as described from the picture, the main bedroom is with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. One big bed would’ve been more comfortable but breathtakingly beautiful view makes everything ok. We had some issue with laundry machine as it wasn’t in a good condition but we cleaned it and bought strong scent laundry detergent made it usable again! Wonderful memories from the beautiful landscape and activities and especial thanks to warm and heart full neighbor downstairs! Thank you again and it was a pleasant stay!

We loved our stay here. Loved how close it was to the beach. We found Felicidade’s instructions very clear on access to the apartment. She gave some great recommendations on places to eat. The pools were brilliant & the kids loved the kids pool. The apartment itself was so clean & spacious. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

In a word. Spectacular. Every detail of Persia's home was well thought out. You walk inside and instantly are taken away into a wonderful retreat. We had an amazing time. We spent some evenings walking the boardwalk, eating at nice restaurants and chatting with the locals. Our stay also afforded us time to explore the southern coast of Portugal. The caves of Benagil. Bucket list item. And only a short drive away. We shopped at Aldi. Even brought our own Aldi bag from the states. (Pro-tip: get the fresh-made Aldi bread. Thank us later.) Some reviews reference the bar across the street. It didn't bother us at all. Some noise, but nothing over the top. After a busy day sight-seeing, we fell into the comfortable bed and never had any trouble falling asleep. Great bathroom and closet storage setup. We've stayed in Airbnb's all over the world, and this one is easily at the top of the list. Book Persia's place now!

Excellent apartment to explore the town and surrounding areas. Location is ideal for the beach and balcony has a great view.

The place was beautiful and really had everything you need. It is a little bit remote, but by car you were in 7 min at a supermarket. Communication with the host was also great, very kind and accommodating.

Likely the best location in Algarve if you are looking for a quiet stay. Apartment is nice, clean, well located, nice balcony, Kitchen is well equipped. We were expecting something upscale and trendy but it was a bit dated, however it is still very nice and very much above average. We could easily have spent 2-3 weeks here ! Armacao de Pera is often an overlooked beach city for a stay. It is quiet VERY quiet (except dog barking), everything closes around 10PM. But you still can get ice cream and a cold beer at Gelatos upto mid-night. Then if you need wild animation Arbufeira and Portimao are within 15 min ride. (Uber cost only 12-15 euro to get backhome). Then the best part is the beach : right in front of the apartment. It is the best soft sand beach in the area and its temperature is above the coast's average. We LOVED this place.

The house is beautiful! Everything you need is provided. 3 big double bedrooms, with the most comfortable beds I have stated in, 3 bathrooms, all beautifully decorated. There is a supermarket across the road and it's just a 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and shops. Karine was a great host!

We loved our stay, absolutely stunning views and property - spotlessly clean throughout. The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful from day one. We’d rate the place above 5 stars if we could and we cannot wait to return. Many thanks for making this trip so special!

The house was amazing, especially 3 balcony levels, which felt very luxurious, with a great view of the beach and the ocean. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable, that I had the best sleep in a long time. I seriously did not want to leave that bed, lol. Great location, 3 min walk to the elevator down to the beach (great help as opposed to taking the stairs up and down), and the old town is also walking distance (10-15 min). Parking is a bit tricky, but we were able to find a spot if not on this street, then on the neighboring streets. The house is well equipped with everything you need (I would also add paper towels and shampoo/conditioner, but we were able to buy those at a grocery store nearby). The communication with the host was very quick and efficient, everything we needed was resolved fast. Welcoming bottle of wine and snacks were also appreciated. I highly recommend this accommodation, you won't be disappointed!

The apartment is beautiful, such a nice location and Ana is a wonderfully kind lady. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
