The house is simple, cozy and has a delicious energy. The view is really special — we were able to enjoy a stunning sunset and moonrise shortly thereafter. The location is great, close to everything: beaches, trails and shops. Unfortunately, we had little time to explore everything the place offers, but we certainly want to go back. Tatiana is a wonderful, caring and welcoming host. We were greeted with a super affectionate treat to toast my wife's birthday — a gesture that made all the difference. We recommend it with affection!

It was a great experience, great house, private location, but well located, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention the promptness of Beto and Leia. The land is large, with ample vegetation and a spectacular lawn, where you can enjoy the sunset sitting on the grass among trees and birds nesting.

The house is wonderful! Exactly as in the pictures. When we arrived everything was very clean and smelling! The house is a delight, it has several details that bring a coziness. Super complete kitchen, also had fondue items, very cute dishes, tableware (several types of placemats) and so on. Despite the low temperature, we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunny day on the beach Armacao da piedade, about 15 min from the house (by car). There were other beaches closer by as well. I found a great neighborhood, with several shops nearby, quiet to enjoy with the family and very quiet to relax. We loved the stay, we felt at home! Maria Luiza is always very solicitous, even before check-in she sent me the exact information about the place. We will return more often, for sure!

The place is exactly as presented in the listing, the house is very well planned and tastefully decorated, the owner's concern to offer a comfortable place with everything you need for day-to-day utilities is clear. The women in the family thought it was great to even have a hair dryer. The cleanliness is another point to be commented on, the house was impeccable when we arrived, Lucas was always very helpful and concerned with our well-being, in short, only compliments, it is very worthwhile.

Beautiful apartment, as in the photos, equipped with everything necessary for your stay. The complex in which it is located is very quiet and safe. It is close to the beach, and has sidewalks and umbrella, very useful for not paying rent for such items. Camila was attentive and communicated during the stay, she was pending that everything is fine. We would return to this apartment without hesitation! 100% recommended

Very large and very beautiful apartment, with a great barbecue grill and pool. Parking a little tight to my car that is large, but it didn't get in the way. The only detail that I don't know if it's common is that I didn't have toilet paper when I arrived, I had to buy it urgently.

One of the best airbnb experiences... The house is beautiful, the cleanliness impeccable, the great location and the very special details even had Easter decoration, we were very well received the kindness was such that it even had sweets on Easter Sunday. We'll be back soon !

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a good stay, very quiet area, close to the beach and all services. The place is wonderful, Palmas, a divine beach. The hostess is very attentive and concerned about our well-being. We'll be back!

Positive points: apartment is lindaooo, 03 suites top! In total there are 04 bathrooms. Large table for 08 people, balcony with great barbecue. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, well completed. A Vista do apt is a spectacle, to see the sea, swimming pools and the sunrise. The market is very close. I loved it and would come back for sure. Negative points: 02 mattresses are very soft and old, would have to be made the exchange. The TV in the bedroom does not take anything and the living room did not enter NETFLIX, almost nothing channel and the internet of tv falls every little bit (I think the tv is older). Checkin 15hs and the checkout at 10am without flexibility, I think late to get in and early to leave, but this was already clear in the announcement, so just one of my own observations.

Eloísa's place is perfect! Super equipped and with quality items! Even the towels and linens were excellent! The house was super clean and Eloísa was also super flexible with us! Besides, the house is very close to the beach. If we have the opportunity to return to Governor Celso Ramos, we will certainly try to stay there.

Great home for stay, quality products inside the house. Had air fryer, sandwiches, mixer. Diverse pots. Porcelain dishes. Quality of the refrigerator is great. Awesome beer. It was a great experience. The only suggestion would be heating in the pool. But anyway, accommodation note 10.

Since it was our first time, we've always been anxious. However, at check-in, the anxiety passed. It was all well organized, cozy and with everything at our disposal. We felt at home. The view is wonderful and the beach is very close. The host couple are wonderful people, always concerned about our well-being. It was nine days of pure peace and we enjoyed it every day, visiting the beautiful beaches of the north and eating only seafood, which we bought before at the Floripa Public Market and made at night, drinking sparkling wine and enjoyed the view, because during the day we only enjoyed the beaches, but Lagoinha is all good and the best. As soon as we can, we'll be back.

Our stay was great, the apartment is well located, very close to the beach, the view is beautiful, it is really worth watching the sunrise of the living room... well-equipped mto apartment, with all the necessary items, bedding, bath, table... had even the beach chairs, umbrellas... the attentive hostess, responded promptly, gave us all the detailed information to not have problems... it was happy days with my family!

The countryside is breathtaking. In the house everything is well maintained or new: furniture, utensils, linens, towels, in addition the bed is very comfortable, there is hammocks, stools and table to place in the outside area. We used the barbecue and worked very well. On the outside there is a lot of nature, flowers and stones composing the environment. We used the spa/jacuzzi, it was windy, but we still enjoyed a lot of time. In relation to the surroundings, we were walking to some beaches (Calheiros; João de Campo; Simão), it is a reasonable walk, the return is a little more difficult due to the ascent to get to the house, who has a habit of walking and physical endurance, without any restrictions on mobility will do quietly. All the very clean spaces and, although they were on site in the back house, they were careful to make as little noise as possible. Hosts are extremely attentive and pleasant, they pass the instructions clearly offered great tips as well. We'll be back for sure.

very comforting vacations with very good location and easy arrival to the beach- the host was quick to respond to our requirements e.g.: due to an AC failure within 2 hours I was sorted out.

A charming and dreamy location. Impeccable, well-equipped, and very clean. We held an intimate wedding ceremony there, and absolutely everything was perfect. Communication was easy, pleasant, and courteous, and the maintenance team was friendly, providing impeccable service. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!
