Our stay was wonderful, the house is very good, nothing is missing. Impeccable cleanliness, clean and new bed and bath linens. The beach in front of the condominium is wonderful, the place is quiet, beautiful and safe. We hired Ninha, who already takes care of the house, and we hired her to cook every day. It was the best decision. She is wonderful, attentive and cooks super well. You choose what you want and she does it perfectly. We are grateful for everyone's attention and affection. We hope to return soon.

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable, with spacious, well-lit and ventilated environments, providing a constant feeling of well-being. The view of the pool with the sea in the background is simply breathtaking! Moreover, the experience of drinking coconut water straight from the coconut tree in the garden is something unique and unforgettable — a true privilege. I also highlight the attention and support of the host, Claudia, always very helpful and caring, which made our experience even more special!

I highly recommend it ! Everything in that house is beautiful , from the attention of leide that received us and explained everything very lovingly , to gerald that every night was approaching the maintenance of the pool and in what little we understood was always very warm and friendly. It is very close to the beaches for walking. And by car 30 min from maragogi, we were so delighted that sometimes we didn't feel like going to do beaches ! Also there is no need to clarify that the house is a luxury ! From cleanliness to infrastructure and good taste for decoration.

We stayed 13 days in April 2025 . A very nice place. Very good hosts. Erica's pope who lives there, Erico, always willing, friendly and discreet. The dto is simple but you have everything you need for the stay. The beach is undoubtedly spectacular, perhaps one of the most beautiful we have visited in Brazil. The water temperature excellent, days 29 ° warmer than the Caribbean. Without a doubt the Sitio is the best in Maragogi. We recommend it without a doubt. The area in gral of condominiums, which face the sea, without streets arriving from the route, makes it very exclusive. On the date we were , it included the end of Easter, the beach was not " invaded" by people. The sea is very calm, almost without waves ,the beach accessed from the Sitio, still keeps a low tide a proximity to the sea. It's clean and spacious. Your activities, walks,bikes, jet skiing, kayac The RPC dpto is very correct. Thank you Erica and especially your Dad. We will definitely be back. Ideal to go with a vehicle for shopping

This house is really beautiful! It's just like the photos, it's very spacious and well decorated! We were several families with children and we were all very comfortable, (4 en-suite bedrooms + one service bedroom). I 100% recommend hiring Karla's kitchen service and Mery's cleaning service, that makes you enjoy the stay and feel like you're in a hotel. They are not invasive at all, so it doesn't feel weird to be with extra people! We had several rainy days (logical for the June weather), the beach that is in the house is dangerous and the sea is very rough, so I recommend going 30 km away to the Porto Galhinas beach. The town where the house is located is not nice, but Porto Galhinas is. I think this house is worth it, even though it's in an area that's not very nice. You'll definitely need a car. Most likely we'll be back! Thank you Andrea for your hospitality!

Our stay at the Oka house was excellent. Both Larissa and the girls supporting the house were wonderful. The House is perfect, as well as in the description. As for the location, it was as I expected... I didn't want to leave the house for anything. The sea bath, special. For those who have children, when the tide is low, to walk and bathe in the pools that form in front of the house. Near the house there is a village that has a restaurant and shops that are an excellent option for night. Finally, it fulfilled exactly what I was looking for: rest and renewal of energies. I highly recommend.

The Wiken area is really nice. Spacious, well-ventilated house, very well divided, we felt at home. The location also helps a lot, close to groceries, restaurants and it does not take 3 minutes to walk to the beach of Peroba, which is very good. Negative point are the mosquitoes, we carried repellent and kept the windows of the rooms closed to control more, the house also offers electric rackets, so this did not affect our stay. In general, we like it very much and we intend to go back

The stay at Casa Olivia, in Praia do Patacho, was wonderful! The house is simple, but very comfortable and complete, with everything you need for relaxing days. The pool is delicious and the view is simply amazing. The place conveys a lot of peace, with security frequently passing through the area, which brings even more tranquility. A true haven — I loved every moment!

Excellent house, region, and nature! The house has everything you might need, even iron and hair dryer. Everything was clean and organized. The amenities in the house make us to stay there forever! The house is near to the beach what allowed to go by walking. Commercial area around where you can find everything. Anna was everything attentive and kind. There is nothing to complain about!

Very well-equipped house, I have traveled the world with Airbnb and this was the most complete house I have ever used, with everything we needed, Marceneiro beach is not very good because it has many stones but we went by car to a nearby beach and enjoyed it.

The house is excellent and well located in front of Japaratinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region! It was difficult to get into the garage, as locals do not respect the signs preventing access. However, the host instructed us to park behind the residence. Thanks for hosting us and we'll be back soon.

The house is exactly foot in the sand, very clean and the neighbors are very helpful. We very much liked the location of the house and the host helped us to make our experience the best possible.

Wonderful stay, we felt at home so cozy it was. Not counting on the wonderful view, Fernando gave us a lot of support and it was pretty cool. I will definitely refer it to my friends and I intend to go back again, amazing experience! The flat has all the support we need, especially when we want to cook it has all the utensils, cutlery, cookware, stove, all very organized and clean.
