Excelente casa a beira mar em frente ao caminho de Moises, garagem para dois carros 4 quartos todos com ar condicionado área de churrasco e uma varanda com vista para o mar maravilhosa. Casa dedetizada a cada 3 meses com certificado. A casa fica cerca de 10 metros do mar e próximo dos points mais badalados de Maragogi. Casa muito próxima de mercados padarias restaurantes ótima opção para quem nao quer ficar andando de carro, admire o caminho de Moises da varanda e uma vista maravilhosa do mar.

The house is on the seafront of one of the most beautiful beaches in Alagoas, with warm water, a calm sea for swimming, and a beautiful coral formation.
