Guest house located below my house, in our garden, with entrance, backyard and independent and private parking. The house is in the Samola condominium, with 24-hour concierge, and is 400 meters from Lagoinha Beach. The space features 1 double bed and 3 single beds, a kitchen, living room, private bathroom and outdoor shower. 1 set of bed linens (per bed) and 1 towel per guest are provided. A piscina possuí iluminação e pode ser aquecida até 34°. A área da churrasqueira tem uma cervejeira, cooktop e um banheiro completo. A lavanderia é ampla com máquina de lavar e máquina de secar. A casa inteira é climatizada, tem wifi de fibra e fica a 150m da praia em um condomínio fechado com câmeras e vigia 24h.

With security and privacy, the Greece-themed house has a comfortable and structured 300m2, airy and fresh and with new air conditioning in all bedrooms. The closest beach is Lamberto Beach, you have to walk 400m, but we recommend going by car!

Well-appointed house inside the SALGA condominium on the beautiful and quiet Lagoinha beach. The house is about 500 meters from the beach and is located on a very quiet and dead-end street. We are close to 2 markets, a restaurant and a pizzeria. Be sure to walk the trail that leaves Lagoinha and passes through paradisiacal beaches such as Bonete and ends at Fortaleza beach (Refúgio do Corsário hotel). This tour can be done on foot or by one of the small boats that carry tourists.
