Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

Located on top of the cliffs that frame and protect one of Europe's most iconic beaches, Dona Ana Beach, the apartment features a unique full front ocean, beach and pool view, that can be enjoyed from the patio, and the living room. It has been the venue for many happy family gatherings over the last 20 years, and in 2023 it was remodeled to a very high standard using top tier materials, appliances and furniture in order to provide superior comfort all year round. Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. A De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s. Maximum number of guests are three (3). I can only take one infant/toddler up to the age of 3 years due to there is only one travel cot.

Located at Encosta do Vau, this beach Studio is the ideal place to escape for a relaxing holiday or even for a long stay by the beach. It’s a quiet Studio, suitable for two people, close to some of the best beaches in Portimão. The place was recently fully refurbished and it is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay perfect. It has an open view, plenty of natural light and one balcony with a reserved place where you can have your meals while enjoying the Ocean view.

Quietly located by the lawn in a charming village with breathtaking views, the house is a 3 minute stroll from the gorgeous beach (with private direct access through lift). It has all the amenities needed for a great stay, including nearby supermarkets & 3 pools. We use this house for our family holidays, so it is well kept & equipped. We are in a peaceful area with plenty to do nearby. Close by you will find restaurants, bars and nightclubs, child activities, golf, tennis and water sports.
