Cannot recommend this stay enough! A real local vibe with beautiful Portuguese touches including a view of the ocean and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. We loved our stay in this cute, quite, idyllic town. Some of our favorite times of our trip through Portugal were here visiting Praia da Marinha (WOW!), Earth Cafe (best cappuccinos - heaven on earth), Le Crô (delicious tapas and amazing service). Our stay was all around incredible and utter bliss.

This was an amazing place and location. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Raquel was very responsive and great check instructions. I would definitely come back!!!

We’ve just spent a week at the apartment in Praia de Rochas and found it a very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished space. There are plenty of bars and good restaurants on the door step, plus a decent supermarket around the corner. If you turn left out of the block there is a vast beach with boardwalks to Portimão where you can take a boat trip to caves, which I would recommend. If you turn right out of the block there is a cliff top walk with various beautiful bays which can be accessed by steps. There’s a bustling nightlife at weekends but quieter during the week. Would recommend for a couple or friends. Etelvina was very responsive and she has furnished the apartment beautifully. Thanks.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are unreal, pictures cannot do it justice. Short walk to the beach and a pool right below! Gil and Telma were very responsive, we had lost power one night and Telma helped us fix right away. Perfect stay for our first time in Lagos and we would definitely return!

This apartment was a dream for us while staying at Portimão, we felt immediately at home with the beautiful decoration, all the amenities we could need, spotless clean, good internet and a balcony with view to the beach. The apartment itself is 5 stars and we wished we could stay longer. The location is also perfect, very close with easily walkable distance to the beautiful beach of “os três irmãos”. Pedro was extremely nice, responsive and super helpful. We, a family of 3 with a 7 year old, were extremely happy and wishing to come back. Fantastic deal, thank you so much Pedro!

Jose was a great host, who was always helpful and responsive. The location is great. No frills place, with all the essentials you'll need to have a good trip in Alvor. The view of the beach and ocean is the best part.

Isabel‘s place was so lovely. Nicely located everything was in walking distance. She did a great job of giving us suggestions of things to do. So welcoming! Very comfortable place, worked well for us! Thanks Isabel, hope to see you again.

The place was lovely, clean and in the heart of old town Lagos. Perfect location. All the recommendations provided by Gerry were spot on - from the food to the beaches. The highlight of our stay at the beach house was when we were able to sit on the rooftop and watch the fireworks celebrating Portugal day. Our host was extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this beach house.

Our stay at Casa Bombarda was the highlight of our trip—both the unit and Lagos completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, with three stunning outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio where we enjoyed ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Luis was a fantastic host—great with communication, full of helpful recommendations, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal: a short walk to the heart of old town and close to amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. Casa Bombarda went well above and beyond what we hoped for. We’ll always remember our time here and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mónica and Carlo’s place! We were so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There was so much to do within a few minutes walk. The house was even better than the pictures and Monica and Carlo’s reached out throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, great house and hosts. Would love to come back again!

Just had a 12 day break at Villa Charme and it was a dream stay. Pictures don’t do the Villa justice. Beautiful pool that the kids (young and old) loved and lots of outdoor space. Fernando was a wonderful host - friendly and knowledgeable and always available to help. We absolutely recommend a stay here - you won’t be disappointed. Lynette

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Throughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Colette’s spacious apartment. It was clean, well equipment and comfortable. Alto club had fantastic facilities and grounds are well kept. Colette is a great host, very helpful and informative. 100% recommend and I would love to return in the future. Ciara.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Very warm welcome and a very nice apartment where we felt at home. We didn't lack anything. The apartment is also very central and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. We especially thank Elaine and Stephen for a stocked fridge, all the other amenities as well as for the wonderfully warm communication. We will definitely be back!

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We loved the beauty of the view and the location above Dona Ana beach and being close to the boardwalk to ponte da Piedade. You are also close to old town Lagos for restaurants, as well as to the marina. Joanna was very helpful and responsive and the condo was well equipped, with beautiful dishes and everything you need if you wish to cook.
