You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

You will have your own private room with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and w.c., exclusively for your use. The bathroom has been recently refurbished with a spacious shower. The room features a double bed for two guests, plus a single sofa bed for a third guest.

Our beautiful and bright property consists of six rooms equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a minibar and six private bathrooms. There is a common area equipped with a kettle, herbal teas and a coffee dispenser. It is located in the elegant Prati district, just a few minutes' walk from the Ottaviano Musei Vaticani metro stop and St. Peter's Basilica.

Home by the Dome

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
