Smith Cabin

Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, horse owners, business travelers, and groups. After our base fee of two guests, we charge $50 per night for extra guests 18 and over. This allows us to accommodate all sized groups.

Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. Please note: the bed and ceiling above it are low to the ground. Persons with mobility issues might prefer another property. The location is in our backyard.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This house features 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has central heat and air for the everchanging Kansas weather! You are withing walking distance to multiple restaurants and just off the main highway through town making a simple drive to the main hotspots and industry in the area. Right now the yard is not much of a looker but will be improved this spring!
