Beachfront holiday rentals in Praya Barat

We had a great stay in this house, which perfectly matched the description. Everything was compliant, clean and functional, and the pool with sea view is really a plus. The hosts were very available, responsive and caring. The house is located in a remote, quiet place, far from the hustle and bustle — which was exactly what we were looking for. It is the ideal place to slow down, rest, enjoy nature and have a good time in simplicity. A small but significant bonus: breakfasts are included, delicious and you can even enjoy them sitting in the pool! We were also offered outings such as fishing and snorkeling, which were real highlights of the stay. A beautiful experience that we recommend without a second thought.

We absolutely loved our stay at Catappa. Everything was seamlessly smooth, from the collection at the airport, to our snorkelling trip with Budi, to our drop-off at Lembar port, and all the meals in between. Budi was an excellent snorkelling guide - the coral is not the most spectacular in Indonesia but we still saw loads of fish (as well as some commendable coral restoration efforts), and the general experience was excellent. Budi snorkelled with us with a GoPro so we now have some great photos of our trip. The staff were universally lovely and excellent. Recommend ordering off the Indonesian/Lombok menu for dinner - the western dishes we tried were fine, but the local cuisine was really pretty good, especially for the price - even though you're very much a captive audience you don't feel ripped off at all. Our villa was beautiful and the pool well-maintained. Highly recommend, and thanks to all the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service.

The bungalows are isolated from the rest. Then you will have a very calm stay. Be careful though, on Saturday evening there is sometimes a party with very loud music nearby and we slept really badly. Arrival by boat is very charming and the snorkeling activity offered if you stay at least 2 nights is appreciated. There is a small dirt road that you can take on a scooter and it is definitely an adventure if you are a good driver. Finally, the staff were really lovely.

We stayed for a couple of nights and had a great time. The place is clean, familiar, relaxing and beautiful! The owners helped us with arrangements for transport to come to this place and everything worked out fine. Amalia and Michael were very engaged to make us feel home, with success. Also because we had problems with being sick, they brought us to the doctor. The Hut is quite big, clean and has a stunning view with sunset every night. You will sleep with noise of the sea waves. The bathroom and sheeds were clean. There is a dining place with Wifi and free drinking water. Because on Gili Gede there are only a few restaurants your are quite depended on dining und lunching at Khabita. It is more expensive than on Lombok itself but the food is homemed, clean, fresh and super tasty. You can start snorkeling directly at the beach but better places can be reached with a boat tour. Ask Amalia to help you to book a tour. We totally recommend this place and would come back! Thank you!

We had a great 3 days at the tiki lodge. The bedrooms are large and the outdoor bathrooms are very nice. The tiki lodge restaurant is very good . Aurore and Benoit welcomed us very warmly!

If you go to Sorayas Place, you will have a lot of space for everything, big yard for playing football, nice pool for relaxing and swimming. The kitchen is full european standard, you will just miss maybe the oven, but this is normal for Indonesia. Everything else you can find for preparing fresh food. The living room is wide open, big table for having lunch or dinner with your family or friends, couches for the evening ir a short nap during the day. There will be always a nice wind, so its not hot inside. From the terasse you can see wonderfull sunset. Or you take a short way to the beach, see the black glittering sand. But don't be afraid of soundwaves, they could be loud in some days. The sleeping room have a good big bed, the bathroom is clean and with hot water by solar system. You can do your own laundry with the washing machine. Little shops like alfamart or j mart are close to the house. Its not far from Mataram, but far enough to have your privates. Lalu Sandika has very good tips and can organize your transport for a very reasonable price (taxi, scooter rental, boat...). The environment of the hotel is very peaceful, the views are magnificent. The romantic sunset in the infinity pool... wow. Breakfast is okay. Be careful, the hotel is a little secluded (but therefore very quiet).

We loved our stay at Segara! The location is incredibly picturesque and the staff are wonderful. There is great attentional to detail paid in regards to the property and customer experience. We actually visited a few other spots in the area, and each time, we would look at one another and say, "We love Segara :)" It just has a great vibe.

A very nice Airbnb with a nice view of the sunset. We were also able to get scooters for a good price and were also able to drop off our laundry.

A little slice of paradise! We loved our stay here - the staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful. Especially Bintang - what a guy! The rooms are lovely, and the pool and restaurant area are exceptional for such a remote island. I was slightly worried about how difficult it would be to get to and from the island, but it was actually very easy. We took the Gili Getaway fast boat to Gili Gede from Bali, then Amahelia arranged for us to be collected from there. Then when we left for Gili T, again the staff were great at helping us with onward arrangements, it was 2 x 5 minute boat journeys, and a scenic car ride along the coast of Lombok. Everything including the food was very good value for money - especially considering island prices are usually higher. Go to the island now whilst it’s still a “secret,” it’s a very special place and we would love to return.

If you like nature and a more peaceful atmosphere, this is the best stay in Kuta Lombok. The bungalow was just as pictured, and John was a fantastic host as written in so many reviews! He was very responsive and kind, and able to answer any questions we may have. John helped us arrange transportation to get to the property. The scooters are available for rent on site, with a gas station, ATM, grocery store within 5 minutes driving. There’s a beach in walking distance and many beach/surf options if driving on a scooter, and other tours which can be arranged.
