Holiday rentals with beach access in Prčanj

Words cannot describe how beautiful this apartment view is. It’s stunning. So glad we chose here! Host was amazing and responsive. Apartment was clean and lovely. Can’t fault.

George mükemmel bir ev sahibiydi. Bizim balayımız için küçük bir sürpriz bile yapmıştı. Tertemiz, mükemmel manzaralı ve sessiz bir konumda muhteşem bir deneyimdi.

From the beginning to the end our stay at Ivana's place was incredible. Ivana kept in touch with us and met us to show us around and was on hand throughout the holiday if we needed her. We found the apartment to have everything we needed and very clean. We loved the balcony which provided a great place for our morning coffee and at night with a glass of wine or a local spirit which Ivana's husband brought us as a gift. There is also some space on the water's edge which we spent time on sunbathing and swimming. Ivana provided us with sun loungers, parasols and towels. They honestly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were over for our daughters wedding so on our last day we arranged a boat trip for 15 of us through Ivana's husbands speed boat company.They provided a top notch service. We had such a great day being shown a few of the sights, this just topped the whole holiday off. We all were very sad to leave, we will definitely be back. Thanks for the memories.

Eve girdiğimizden itibaren bizim için hersey çok güzeldi. hatta kötü bir yolculuğu bize yaptığı jestle tamamen unutturdu. konusmu, manzarası cok guzeldı. özel bir otopark olması kotordaki günlerimi çok kolaylaştırdı. plajını kullanmadık ama kullanmak çok uygundu. temizlik ve tüm ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüştü. sedat beye istediğimiz her an ulaşabildik ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. teşekkürler

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Haixi. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, tout est très propre, les instructions sont très claires et Haixi est une hôte très réactive. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Je recommande ce logement !

We had a wonderful stay at Mijo's apartment. The setting is beautiful and the view from the deck is magnificent (despite the cruise ships). The apartment itself was very clean and spacious with even a daily clean and towel change! The kitchen and fridge were very generously stocked (thanks Mijo for the delicious cake!). The bed was very comfy and the shower was great, but we loved the private deck most of all for swimming and relaxing. Mijo was very responsive and helpful and even organised a boat trip for us where we were picked up at the deck, wonderful! The area is pretty quiet but there a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I would advise is that you really need a car as it would be tricky to get to the apartment otherwise (it is about a 50/60 min walk outside of Kotor). Parking is provided onsite which is another bonus! I would definitely recommend Mijo's apartment and would stay there again if we are in the area.

The view of the balkony was really nice. House was clean but we had some problems in hot water in the house. Olga tried to help for any kind of issues in any time slots of the day. She also suggested some restaurants and places to go. She was really kind. Thank you

My daughter and her friend had a beautiful stay. Apartment is very clean, well equipment, peaceful. Host was very kind, always responsive and helpful. Apartment has beautiful private beach and amazing view. We would highly recommend this place.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

We had a great time at Rebecca's place. It's spacious, quiet & there are fantastic views of Kotor Bay from the balcony. As well as the 3 bedrooms shown in the photos there is a bathroom & a separate loo on the first floor. There is a immersion heater for each bathroom and the shower works well, plenty of hot water. There is a modern TV in the living room. There are lots of guide books and maps which were useful. The house is a short (2 minutes) steep drive off the coast road. It is walkable from the road, about 10 minutes, and we found this useful when going to restaurants or swimming at the bottom of the hill as suggested by other guests. We also found the hourly bus service into Kotor from the coast road useful. Another tip for future guests – we did a boat trip from Kotor & negotiated with the skipper to drop us back at Prcanj. For food we went to 2 local small grocery stores and the fantastic little bakery. We'd recommend restaurant Marija and for cheap food Tavern Baron Gautsch.

Thank you for the kind service! We really enjoyed staying here this week. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and overall, we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Above all, everything we appreciated was reflected in the host’s warm hospitality — we felt very welcome.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

Evin konumu çok güzel, old town a 7-10 dk falan yürüme mesafesidir, belki daha yakındır. Hatta old town dan daha yakın yemek ve kahve mekanı var, yakınında bir market var. Evde otopark var , Kotor trafiği ve park yeri problemi olan bir şehir, evi bulmak da çok kolaydı, tabelesı vardı. google mapsteki konum doğru. Ev tertemizdi, Alex ev ile ilgili şeyleri anlattı, o da yan binada yaşıyor, gidilecek yerlerle ilgili bilgi verdi, bizi son gün ücretsiz Tivat havalimanına da bıraktı ✨tekrar teşekkürler Alex

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Güzel bir 2 gece geçirdik. Gayet ilgililerdi ve çok düzenliydi ev. Fakat evin fotoğraflarında deniz manzarası varken bizim kaldığımız odanın manzarası tamamen karşı otelin çamaşır bölümüne bakıyordu.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)
