Holiday rentals with a patio in Presidente Franco

Accommodation as shown in the photos, clean environment, new furniture, equipped kitchen, safe parking and despite being in the center it is very quiet. I recommend your stay, great cost benefit!

I have no words to express my gratitude for all the understanding, availability, flexibility and affection in understanding my emergency situation. It was amazing how they managed to help me and speed up everything so I could get to the place quickly. The condominium is beautiful, with excellent structure and security, with 24-hour concierge. The staff are extremely cordial and polite. The apartment is a real spectacle! Very well-planned, cozy, functional and impeccably clean environments. The location is also fantastic, with a wide variety of shops nearby, which we can easily access on foot. Next to the building is the Coralina bakery, which honestly, sometimes I had to cross to the other side of the sidewalk to resist the delights of this place!! Another place that is already our favorite is the Captain Bar and Restaurant, super recommended! We will definitely be back!

The stay was amazing, to be the first time to go it was pretty good, thinking about coming back next year for sure to come back to the same place. The spectacular location, close to everything touristy and very quiet the "closed" property with huge patio. Not a complaint

The space is great, everything as advertised. The house is spacious and quietly accommodates a family; it has all the basic amenities for everyday life; everything was extremely clean and smelling. The location of the house is strategic, easy to get around to the main tourist spots, very close to Argentina customs and fast to reach any other point. Ketly is very kind and made us very comfortable in her space; very helpful, she responded extremely fast, worried about our well-being and gave golden tips. We spend days of great joy and tranquility with the support of Ketly and its place. Highly recommended. When we get back to Foz, we will certainly stay in Ketly's place.

What a fabulous find! We came for a science conference at a nearby convention center- we were 3 professors and students. Each room has its own bathroom (for one room the bathroom is in the hall- others are en-suite and all with showers). The kitchen had everything we needed, including an air-fryer. The outdoor bbq and large patio allowed us to host some other faculty and students for a lovely evening by the pool. Maria and Marcus were very fast at responding to inquiries in advance of our arrival and during our stay. I could not be more positive about the spacious and well equipped apartment- we had a most wonderful stay!! I would absolutely recommend this accommodation!!

The house was exactly as in the pictures, extremely clean and organized. The location is excellent, we had easy access to the falls and the bridge of friendship.

The residence is impeccable, very private and safe. The indoor environment is complete and accommodates guests perfectly. The external environment is spacious, beautiful and well-structured, there is no criticism to be made. It went beyond my expectation.

The stay was perfect. Arriving at the apartment I already felt at home, everything was very clean, fragrant and organized. New furniture and fixtures, air conditioning in the rooms, wonderful shower. Everything was as advertised, and it even exceeded expectations. We went as a group of 5 and had a great time.

Everything was very good with the Host. There was a small issue with the water during the stay but it was solved.

The apartment is very simple but very clean and organized. For a few days, it served us well. It had basic items like coffee powder, salt, etc., which makes all the difference. Communication with Ale was great and very fast, she even sent some tips for tours in Foz, I thought it was super cool. The building is well organized and quiet.
