Holiday rentals with beach access in Preveza

Great place. Great location. Fabulous host. The place is perfect, exactly as you see in the photos. Close to the water, lovely garden, lots of birdsong, mountain backdrop. Nice neighbourhood, good neighbours. The location is great, close to town but private & quiet. Also a perfect location from which to explore the island. Katerina is a fabulous host. Whatever you want from your stay she will get it right. Whether that is to feel like a local & part of the family, or if you want privacy & seclusion, or help & guidance. Highly recommended.

Had a great week @ the Ionian Nest, the accommodation was as per the listing, very clean with good linens & furnishing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery pans etc. Quiet setting, 14 units & only a handful occupied so was quiet, pool area was quiet. Lovely balcony area. Really good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants locally, one by supermarket at the top of the road & Koutavos Taverna down the hill 5/10 minute walk. Both very good value with reasonable choice menu. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk, pebble beach with lovely clear water (no one else there when we went 😊) I would personally say a car is a must unless you just want a chill out holiday on the complex. Palairos has a lovely sea front area with lots of restaurants < 10 mins in the car. Susannah kindly arranged a taxi for us one evening. Worth a drive to Lefkada good place to visit with plenty of coffee bars & restaurants. Would recommended a stay & would book again.

Η φιλοξενία μας ήταν υπέροχη! Δεν έχω λόγια για τις παροχές και την καθαριότητα! Είχε όλες τις παροχές και ακόμη παραπάνω! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη! Η επικοινωνία μας ήταν άψογη! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, εκπληκτικά καθαρό θα έλεγα! Μας παρείχαν τα πάντα, από καφέ μέχρι μαντηλακια ντεμακιγιαζ! Έχω μείνει σε πολλά καταλύματα Airbnb εντός Ελλάδας και εκτός και πρώτη φορά έμεινα θετικά έκπληκτη! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το επισκεπτόμουν σίγουρα ξανά!

An exceptional location. I am very lucky that I had the chance to stay there on vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is wonderful, without many people. Everything is superlative. And Angeliki is an absolutely wonderful host. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Vasiliki's place. The location was perfect for us, as we have spent a full week travelling the island, so it was easy for us to go south to Vasiliki and all the beaches, or towards Lefkada, Karia and Nydri. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed, the yard is beautiful. Vasiliki is an amazing host, we found yogurt, tomatoes, water and beer in the fridge, and when we left she kindly offered us oregano from her yard. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back.

Aspasia’s place was everything we wanted and more! It was right across from the beach and also 5 minutes walk to a secret AMAZING beach with no crowds. Both have crystal clear turquoise water! There were many Tavern’s right next door and we were only a few minutes by car from Lefkada Town (for even more options). Room was perfect, spacious bathroom, kitchenette as well! AC worked well and the black out curtains were a huge plus. What made everything even better was Aspasia’s amazing hospitality. She is an absolute sweetheart who really cares about you having a good time. She made sure we were doing well and that we had everything we could possibly need. She made so many great recommendations to us and each one was fantastic! Listen to her recommendations and you will be happy you did! Without her wealth of knowledge we would have missed out on so many incredible experiences! I can’t wait to return with more friends next time!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Angelos! Er war ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sich regelmäßig erkundigt hat, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Besonders hilfreich waren seine Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Ein echtes Highlight war das Restaurant direkt am Wasser, in dem Angelos arbeitet – nur ein paar Treppenstufen von der Unterkunft entfernt. Das Essen dort war fantastisch und für uns eine klare Empfehlung! Die Unterkunft selbst war super ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt bei Angelos uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ioannis's place was so well appointed, it would be easy to make a lengthy stay here. The kitchen is outfitted with more than the usual amenities and we were able to make ourselves quite at home. I was even able to juice the oranges I bought from grove farmers on the way from Patra. The lift made getting and and out of the apartment a breeze. Having a dedicated parking space in a garage gave is great peace of mind on the narrow Greek roads. Beyond sleeping and breakfast, we spent our time in the lovely town of Preveza, which had a lot of local flavor, and a day trip to Lefkada for some time on the beach. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Marina ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr einladend und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch wunderbar. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und auch ein Strand sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es auch sehr schöne Strände und Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder…..❤️

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

We had an amazing stay at La Casa In Salita! This was our 4th visit to Parga and after a busy week with family for our wedding, we chose to stay here for our honeymoon! We loved the location - close to everything and right in the thick of it but still quiet and relaxing! I had concerns about the bar In front of the apartment however this was not a problem at all and the music couldn’t be heard. La Casa In Salita is a beautiful little home with lovely quaint touches making it feel very homely. We especially enjoyed the bathroom - so spacious and luxurious. The hosts were a great help. Collecting us from our previous accommodation and helping with our bags. I would recommend trying their lovely bakery too - Achilleas - they sell delicious sweet treats which are too good to resist! Minutes away from bars, restaurants and shops - it is the perfect location to explore beautiful Parga. I’m sure we’ll be back on one of our nexts visits!

Πεντακάθαρα όλα στο σπίτι. Ήταν ότι βλέπαμε στις φωτογραφίες. Ότι χρειαστεικα αμέσως είχα απάντηση και λύση. Εύκολη περιοχή, ήσυχα και με πολύ ωραίο ταβερνάκια στα 200 μέτρα απ το σπίτι.!!

This apartment is honestly heaven, don’t even think, just book!! It’s incredible in every way - the finishings are immaculate, the view has to be seen in person, it’s the best sunset view you’ll get! The showers were amazing, the bed was so comfortable and smart tvs in both rooms The concierge Eva was really nice and was very attentive for anything we needed - booking restaurants and taxis etc. Lefkada is so beautiful and the nearby town of Agios Nikitas is so lovely with the most beautiful beach. Kathisma beach immediately down from the villa is also amazing - we walked down in 18 mins and would recommend! A steep walk back up but it’s not too bad Lefkada is a hidden gem and feel very lucky we got to experience it in this unbelievable villa, we didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure!

What a stay we had!! It's been two weeks since we returned back, but I keep thinking of this place everyday and want to come back. I think we've never been treated so well and the owners did their best to welcome us. Once we arrived and were introduced to the apartment, we realised that this was exactly the apartment we were looking for. For a family of three people, we had everything needed for a week stay. The fridge was filled with a variety of local treats including beer. On the next day, the owner brought us a bag of pastries which was so kind and suggested he could with placing a reservation in the nearby restaurant - Pavlos taverna. It is a known place in Lefkada for its fantastic meat dishes and its always packed in the evenings. We celebrated my wife's birthday in there and without a doubt I could tell it was one of the best meals we ever had in a long time.I can overall highly recommend this place! Special thanks to the owners - wish you a good health and keep up what you do!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und außerhalb des Ortes. Der Blick über Pool und Meer ist einmalig und entspannend. Myrto gibt viele schöne und hilfreiche Tipps für die Gegend, Einkauf und Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation hat toll funktioniert. Ganz lieben Dank dafür.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich aufgeräumt, die tägliche Reinigung hat super funktioniert und das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend – eine tolle Auswahl und alles frisch. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es dafür, dass unser Ansprechpartner sich an einem Tag gar nicht gemeldet hat, obwohl wir versucht haben, ihn zu erreichen. Das war etwas schade. Trotzdem haben wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

I had the pleasure of staying at Vassias beautiful apartment, and frankly speaking it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the home was both cozy and modern. Communication with the owner was seamless. They were very responsive in responding to any questions I had and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location of the home was also ideal, situated in the center of the old town, with the tavernas just below, but still very quiet on the inside. For anyone who is about to travel to Parga, I highly recommend them to go to Vassias apartment. I will surely be back!

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla moglie di Athanasios con gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ha offerto subito un caffè greco di benvenuto accompagnato da biscottini deliziosi fatti in casa. Ambiente genuino e riservato per chi come noi desiderava tranquillità e relax. La struttura era come descritta in annuncio con facile parcheggio e senza nessun tipo di impedimento. Per concludere la sera prima della partenza durante i saluti ci è stato donato un presente inaspettato che ha reso il nostro soggiorno anche sul finale davvero meraviglioso. L appartamento aveva tutti i confort ed era pulito ed ordinato. Consiglio vivamente questo host a tutti coloro che vorranno visitare l isola di Lefkada.

LEFKASEABNB was truly magical. This was my first time in the Ionian Islands and I couldn't have been happier with the location, accommodations, and host. It's called the island of turquoise waters for a reason and it's just seconds away from the place. The space was very clean and thoughtfully designed. You can tell Panos, the host, has put a lot of effort into its design and feel. Panos let us use the bikes to ride along the coast. He also had a paddle board for me to catch sunset. Overall, he communicated well and had lots of tips/recommendations. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance and the beach is right in front of you. We had everything we could have wanted so book with confidence!

We had a beautiful stay. The apartment is even better than photos, the bed was really Comfy and everything was clean. The hosts were really kind and helpful. I travelled alone with my Baby and I was so grateful for their kindness. Would definitely return

Endroit paradisiaque avec une vue depuis le studio à couper le soufflé.Tres bel accueil de Kuria Evaggelia et Elias. Nous avons passé une semaine avec toutes les conditions idéales pour du repos, de la découverte d’endroits magnifiques avec l’aide des conseils des hôtes. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour que l’on se sente bien et y parviennent aisément. Merci pour les cafés frappés au quotidien et l’accompagnement pour la location du scooter et le dernier trajet vers le bus. Parga est une jolie station balnéaire et la baie de Lychnos est magnifique. Merci pour ce séjour

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. Having a friendly helpful host has been wonderful and made our stay really easy and relaxing ! Thanks Eri and Kiki ! The view from Our balcony is so serene - great tavernas and shops so close too The sun beds umbrellas and Kayak added you our holiday. It’s such a beautiful friendly place we would love to return !
