We stayed at Bill’s place for the weekend while visiting my nephew’s show, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is ideal for us because my brother lives in the Del Ray neighborhood, and this home is close to him. There are plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, and a CVS all within walking distance. The house itself is clean and comfortable, with two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen-size bed. The A/C worked great, which was a huge plus! There's also a lovely backyard space with a fire pit—although we didn’t get a chance to use it, it looked like a great spot to unwind. Bill was always available if we needed anything and kept in communication to make sure we were all set, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Folasade's room was very quiet and private. The room is on the bottom floor so I had the entire hallway to myself. I really appreciate how clean and comfy the place was and the neighborhood is very safe

The home was thoughtfully prepared for visitors and I had everything I needed,. Alice was available to answer questions mostly busy so I had the house and kitchen pretty much to myself. It's an interesting little village (as is the one next to it), and the views of the Patuxent River and the woods were lovely. Peaceful indeed.

I had a wonderful stay at Alice's Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. Alice was an incredibly warm and attentive host, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. I highly recommend staying at Alice's place—it's a gem!

Just in town for a few days, chose Heath's place as it was private, on the water and dog friendly. Was a very cold weekend so we didn't get as much use of the great porches as hoped but the hot tub was fantastic after a cold day of Army Navy Football!! View is wonderful from every room and we love the secluded feeling while being close to town(s). All is very clean and uncluttered! You have all you need; including robes!!! Only two of us so we had ample room and dedicated work space was a great bonus. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and a great place to walk/run. Heath was helpful kind and responsive during the stay. Theres not a thing we could think of that wasn't provided. Great history in a well updated older home. Would defintely return if in the area again. Dog and I loved our morning walk down to the water... (not for everyone, is steep stair but great if comfortable on your feet and certainlty plenty of other places to view the water) Sunset is gorgeous!

Gloria is a very nice and helpful host. My parents and my six year old daughter stayed for a week and were able to enjoy the terrace as well as the wonderful wildlife and nature in the area. Gloria put up an extra bed for my daughter. She was very helpful and responded messages and answered questions the very same day. It made me feel very comfortable to let my family stay at her place. Thank you so much Gloria for the great time, my parents and daughter really enjoyed their stay!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Monique’s place was one of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Extremely clean rooms, the beds are very comfortable, fast and easy communication from her. I couldn’t ask for any better. She is a very thoughtful host, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This location was unbelievable, right in the heart of Georgetown, a safe and beautiful neighborhood! It was moments to all of the sites in Washington DC. Lodi was a great communicator, and helped me figure out parking.

When I first found this apartment on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. I thought there was a catch! The pictures online don’t do it Justice at all. The apartment is gorgeous in person and the view is breathtaking. Waking up to the view felt like I was away on a private island or something. Kim is the most thoughtful, fun host. She provided us with all the information we needed and responded to our questions promptly. The apartment was not only tidy but also comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. The location was incredible. Kim had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Kim for such a wonderful time! We will definitely be back.
