Our stay at Mary’s place in Alexandria was excellent! It was just a couple blocks away from both the Amtrak station and the metro, both of which we used for transportation. It is also extremely close to King St, which is booming with shops and restaurants. We walked all the way down to the waterfront and then took the free trolley back up because it was raining. it was a great night! The neighborhood she lives in is very peaceful and the space is cozy with everything you need to stay. Check in/out was super easy and Mary was even kind enough to offer us early check-in and late check-out since there were no other guests coming in. This was a great find, perfect for checking out the area or taking the metro into DC! Would recommend this space to anyone!

Had a great stay! I was visiting DC for the first time with my girlfriend, who is a DC native for Mother’s Day weekend. The place was affordable and clean, just like the photos, and had everything I needed; free parking, WiFi, and even some refreshments, which was a nice touch. The location was super convenient and close to a lot of spots I wanted to check out. The only minor issue was the dogs and family upstairs being a bit loud at times, but we understood since the hosts live above and that’s to be expected. Miguel was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend—10/10!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

It's also in a great spot—just a 15-minute walk to King Street, which made exploring the area easy and fun. Would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I loved our stay! It was a lovely little neighborhood. Alex and Shelby’s place was everything that we needed. Cute and quaint. Only the slightest of pitter patters heard from upstairs. Very clear instructions for checking in and checking out. Convenient for public transportation and provided metro cards were a great gift. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the DC area!

Sharif was a Super host and my husband and I enjoyed staying there. Everything was clean and neat. We have family in Laurel and we are always looking for nice places to stay. We would love stay again

The place was amazing, me and my girlfriend stayed for a week and loved every moment of it. The place was quiet and felt like our own apartment throughout the entire stay. The drive to dc was longer than expected (30-40 minutes) but that comes with city traffic of course. Over all an amazing stay and would 100% recommend if you are ok with paying for parking in dc.

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

This AirBnB was enjoyed by my parents while visiting from out of town for a high school graduation. They slept great here and were pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere of this basement unit. They particularly appreciated the king size bed, cleanliness and comfortable set up. They were concerned about parking, but easily found parking close by and did not have to worry about being ticketed or having a pass (which is needed in other areas in the neighborhood just a few blocks closer to the metro). Our only critique was that there wasn’t a railing at the start of the steps down to the unit. This made it a bit challenging for less steady guests, particularly after a long day, when returning at night.

Staying at this Airbnb in D.C. was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes away from everything I wanted to explore, from iconic landmarks to vibrant local restaurants and nightlife. The host was truly phenomenal—welcoming, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Communication was smooth, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—felt like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, this place checks all the boxes. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting D.C. and will definitely be booking again the next time I’m in town!

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay while in DC for Warped Tour. It was the perfect location, being near some local friends. We also felt very safe walking in the neighborhood to the metro and to local restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Eyana was very responsive with my questions regarding the parking pass that was provided and also very nice and accommodating when we had a last minute emergency before check out. We would definitely stay again if we come back to town!

My friend and I came for pride and was out majority of the time. However while we were at the Airbnb we enjoyed our stay. It was clean, peaceful, and in the perfect location. The Brita and the Keurig was much appreciated! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

This place was just as pictured and was great for me and my little family. We had a spot in bedroom to set up our sons pack-n-play and there was no loud noises or disturbances for our sleep. He was very responsive and had a few eating choices within walking distance. We felt safe and comfortable and would stay here again!

Tebebe’s home is absolutely beautiful. It’s like a smart home with all the comforts of a 5⭐️ suite! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Including a nice coffee maker, coffee, and extras. We felt like we were far away, as the city and noise fleets away when you step inside. Tebebe was the perfect host, taking time to walk us thru all the extra features the home has to offer. We loved having TVs in each bedroom with all the TV apps you can think of. Super comfortable bed and bedding. I wanted to stay in bed after my first night. Whether we were headed north or south the highway was right around the corner. Such a quiet neighborhood and nice people. We can’t wait to come back!! This is the perfect spot, don’t pass it by. You would be missing out on an amazing AirBnB experience. Thank Tebebe and family!

By far, the best AirBnB experience my partner and I have ever had. There is a reason for such incredible reviews! Phillip’s attention to details was impeccable, the entire place was incredibly clean and spotless. Every room was well thought out, with quality furniture and fixtures. Upon our arrival, Philip provided us with well thought out instructions to finding our way to his place, along with a welcome note and gift. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief but relaxing stay. It is very close to all the attractions in town, and a quick walkable Starbucks just down the street. I was dreading the DC traffic, but Phillips place was perfectly situated in an area we didn’t have to deal with much traffic at all! Overall, 10/10 for our stay. We will absolutely look to book here again whenever we come back in the future. I can’t recommend his place enough. You won’t find a better place that’s clean, comfortable, and close to the main parts of town. Thanks Phillip for the lovely host!

Super easy to access and everything is right around the area. There are stairs down to the unit, which wasn’t a problem but was unexpected.

This is simply a wonderful place to stay in a very nice neighborhood around Georgetown. I was there for a large event for the weekend. I came in exhausted and stressed out and left well rested and at ease. It was so well appointed and had everything you could wish for. It was a sweet vacation.
