Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. We will also be on hand during your stay – should you have any problems or queries we are only a phone call away. The entrance lobby of the building have 24h security camera, this is a request from the condominium and is full compliance with portuguese law privacy policies We promise you will enjoy your stay, however, be warned! This 65m2 spacious apartment with an independent entrance is located in an entirely renewed ancient building. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, and dishes) and has a lovely table and chairs. The fold-out sofa bed and the armchairs of the living room are an invitation to rest. The apartment is equipped with a TV, a Hi-Fi, and of course, a free WIFI access (50Mbps). The shower in the bathroom is large. The sober and bright bedroom is furnished with a large bed with quality bedding and directly accesses a private terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or an aperitif. Sheets and towels are provided. Thanks to its efficient heating appliances, the apartment can be rented in the winter too. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, restaurants and cafés within 50 meters. Lisbon is also ideal for a family holiday. The city is safe and its inhabitants are welcoming. Everything is within walking distance. The whole family will definitely enjoy travelling on the tram, especially on the legendary no 28 which runs through the historical centre of the Portuguese capital city. The São Jorge castle is also worth a visit. A walk along the castle walls will tell you the tales of fearless knights. Your children will definitely enjoy visiting the elephants, the monkey village, the lions, and crocodiles at the zoo. An ideal place for family walks and sport activities would be the Monsanto park, also known as the lungs of the city. Yet, for me, the best place ever would definitely be the oceanarium.
