This apartment is very beautiful and relaxing. It has such a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were very pleased staying here.

Clear instructions prior to arrival. Listing matches photos. It is clean and well located (near the lake) and really not far from the PONT DES AMOURS (about 20/25min walk). A Carrefour Market is steps away. The little touches at check-in are appreciated. We will be back!

Very nice cozy apartment. The apartment is well furnished. The large beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean. In the fridge there was a bottle of water for us, which was very great in the heat. Coffee capsules are also available. We stayed here for the 2nd time. You can reach the city center on foot in 5 minutes and the lake in 10 minutes. Those who like to sleep with the window open should know that it is a little louder, but not all night. Because it was so hot, we also had standing fans available, so that you can sleep with the window closed. The communication and personal key handover went perfectly this time as well.

Perfect from start to finish, an apartment very well located for our family with children, very nice and well-appointed accommodation. Christine was able to give us confidence quickly and give us the right information and directions to make our stay go smoothly, I highly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to be able to stay in this accommodation again. We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

Remi is a responsive host. Easy entry via a lockbox. Large 3 bed semi detached properly in a village about 15 minutes drive from Annecy. 3 good sized bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and nice peaceful garden.

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was spotless, well-equipped and as described. It's a peaceful location with magnificent views of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying with Jean-Michel was a pleasure. We would recommend it.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Everything was perfect. Stunning apartment, spacious, clean, equipped, peaceful, incredible views. Close to the centre but far enough to get good exercise in daily.
